My four year old son and I met my cousin here for a coffee date on a Tuesday at 10 a.m. There were only 2 red velvet cookies for sale and my son loved them, the other two were chocolate and he didn't like them, I took them home and the other kids didn't like them either. My son was def being a high energy boy that day and I felt relaxed and welcome even tho he was rearranging furniture and jumping around. There were other kids running around/crying, etc....so it's a good place to go with littles. My cousin mentioned that the gal who waited on her didn't smile or seem very friendly ....the gal who waited on me was very friendly tho and smiled and chatted....we bought our coffees separately, from different staff. My coffee ( almond joy) was really good and I thought the price was also really good. All in all it was a fine experience, didn't blow us away but wasn't bad at all either. I'll prob try them again ( it's half way between my cousin's house and mine) and see what we think about our second visit. Parking was easy, it's free street parking, in a cute, clean, old downtown looking part of town.

It's a lovely place for a great coffee beverage and to sit & read for a while. I wish it was closer to home!

I walked into the coffee shop stood there for a few minutes no one greeted us. I felt the workers were rude for no reason?

I have been going here for years and I will continue to come back again and again. Not only do they have delicious coffee but they have amazing matcha and sandwiches. My only critique would be that I wish they had a website with their menu and list of flavors listed out.

I’ve been to this coffee shop a few times now and I’ve come to love it. The staff is always very friendly, the coffee is delicious, and the baked goods are to die for. This is one of my favorite places to get an afternoon cup of coffee and cookie!

I really enjoy this coffee shop. My only issue is that on more than one occasion I’ve ordered and the person that took my order has to prepare it as well. Other staff and I’m sure one is the manager stand around talking instead of working. I actually told the girl the one day, I guess you have to do it all. She smiled!

Stopped in here on a work from home day and was not disappointed. Coffee was great, and the service was very friendly. Prices were comparable to other shops, and my understanding is that the beans are fair trade as well as roasted in house.

It was a nice place to spend some time working on the computer. The large front windows let in wonderful natural light, even on a drizzly, grey day. I didn't realize you could enter from the rear, where there was plenty of public parking behind the building, so it is actually quite easy to get in and out of.

My only complaint was that there were not many access points for computer charging. I had to choose between laying my extension cord across the aisle as a trip hazard or sitting right next to a vent blowing cold air on a cool day.

Our group got some iced coffees, a breakfast sandwich, and a peanut butter breakfast bar. They had a wide variety of flavors and food options. Everything was really good!

Coffee is a little weak for me and wish they had heavy cream. Only open til noon on Saturday's. Other than that, nice staff and I like that there's a piano

So many options, tons of sugar free flavored syrups. Their matcha is great! You can tell it's real, made from scratch

I visited this shop and was disappointed by the weak coffee that did not meet expectations, especially at the price point. Additionally, after learning more about the business’s public affiliations and values — which they openly advertise — I felt the atmosphere was less welcoming than I would expect from a local coffee shop.

For me, both product quality and the environment a business creates, including the organizations it publicly supports, are part of the overall customer experience. I personally prefer to support businesses that focus on inclusivity and creating a genuinely welcoming space for all.

Overall, my experience — from the coffee to the broader impression left by the business’s stated values — left me disappointed.
