I wouldn't even give this place a one star I was at the counter ordering my food I asked for a double stack biggie bag and a drink and vanilla fosty then I ordered the junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag then a small chocolate fosty . This slow ass dude put in what he want too and I got the double stack biggie bad and vanilla fosty, a chocolate frosty and a small coke and a sandwich. So wanted to act like a dick and try to say that's what I said. Smfh never will I order from here again..

Went through the drive thru this evening & ordered 2 Biggie bags, one was a medium sized,with a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger & the other Biggie bag was the Chicken BLT & another Chicken BLT. Got home, we sat down to eat & one of the nuggets only had 3 in the container, the medium fries was only half full, the small had maybe 10 fries total in the box. Called to speak to a manager, he told me that the Biggie bag "small fry" is only a "jr small", NEVER in the history of ordering a Biggie bag have i EVER gotten a "Jr Fry", This Wendy's located on Broadway has seriously gone down hill! Don't go there after 6pm, it's ratchet & raggedy!!! The manager on duty would not give me his name. I used to enjoy Wendy's but I'll never find a way to go back, not even for a Frosty!!!

Made drive thru order of a Dave's double large combo. Fries were luke warm and limp so asked for fresh hot crisp fries. They were hot, more of small fry amount, tasted like fish and were like leather to the bite so to the trash they went. The Dave's double wasn't hot or fresh either. There was no cheese nor onion or pickle on it. The edges of the burger patties were very dark, hard and dry. There was a weird after taste like a peppery metallic which is hard to describe. The diet coke tasted bad. To much carbonated water and not enough cola flavoring. No receipt was given but for close to $14.00 for 1 fast food meal that ends up in the trash and down the drain it is extremely over priced. Apparently a better manager is needed that cares about providing quality products. It was the manager that had the nerve to take the whimpy fries and few seconds later hand me the leather fries. I won't be going to this Wendy's again for quite a while. Maybe try in 6 or more months again because last couple of times it hasn't been a good experience with the quality of food.

I came here on Monday, November 25 at 8:45 PM the doors were locked. So I went through the drive-through and they said it’s probably because they have to clean the dining room. I’ve never heard about business closing 15 minutes or more to clean the dining room

The food is normally good but lately I’ve been having to get bun-less due to a new allergy. Every time I’ve gotten a different sandwich -sometimes no condiments, no cheese, missing veggies… y’all it’s just the Dave’s Double. Just don’t put it on bread. I’d still like everything else. ?
