First off, you hear folks talk about hospitality. This place feels more welcoming than my own family. Walking in I was greeted by smiling faces and friendly words. No issues arose with my order and the building was spotless. I even had friendly conversation with the staff. I'd like to see continued success to this location.

Went after work ordered 32.00 of food told them chicken sandwich cheese only , they screwed up told me to go around bldg and wait in line again now behind 7 cars food got cold after waiting all 4 frosty all melted and the other kick no receipts could not file complaints with corp office because no receipt. Management is very poor on customer service but the boot is will be contacting local health dept grove city because it looks maybe some health issues that need address also. This night time mgr. Needs written up

A worker was upset & cussing while on a break. I hope they learn to have a better attitude.
Ordered with doordash as a pickup, why dont they have some security in who picks up the doordash orders? You can literally just walk in, grab the food, and leave while the workers are js chatting like middle schoolers. I've had my food stolen from this place as well. Workers are careless, and immature. Do not order from this Wendy's lmao

So very sad how terrible Wendy’s has become. The food is still pretty good but the service went down the drain several years ago. As I write this review I’m sitting in the drive through line. Been sitting here for 13 minutes, only 2 cars ahead of me. And I can almost bet it’s the same excuse as the last 5 times I’ve visited. Payment machines are down, the fryer is broke, no nuggets for the next 20 minutes, etc. I don’t stand alone in my frustration. Someone just pulled out of the line blaring his horn (as if that’s going to make them go faster lol). Luckily no one in my family likes Wendy’s so it’s rare that I get to make the stupid decision to try Wendy’s when I’m alone. I guess I’ll need to join my troop on the Wendy’s hate train. To be fair it’s not just this location. This is my first time at this location. I’ll make a spur decision while I’m out and about, so I believe it’s been a different Wendy’s each time.

The lady that takes your order has to be the most miserable, rudest lady ive ever seen! I have never been to a fast food place and seen someone as rude and disrespectful as her!!!!!
5 years Later still disgusting dry, and old ass hamburgers every single time!!! How are you even allowed to serve this?!!! I wouldn’t feed this to my dog!! DISGUSTING the worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been too never fresh always old🤮🤮🤮
