The AI drive through is the worst as a consumer i must rather talk to a real person while ordering food won't be going back and if other Wendy's go to the AI I won't go back to any Wendy's

Food was good but everything else was very poor. Customer service was terrible. There was no concept of moving the line. Register person was also trying to fill on line orders. Was in line over 25 minutes to place my order. I am sure this is a management problem. I will never eat at this Wendy’s again. Not typical of other Wendy’s restaurants.

I mean it’s more funny than anything. But I am here at 6:48am and the door is locked. Not a huge deal, but they do have big signs all over the parking lot stating they open at 6am. Very weird

I ordered my combo “biggie sized” and received medium drink and fries. I went back to the counter and let them know I ordered it biggie and the girl argued with me and finally said she doesn’t know what I’m taking about. How does a Wendy’s employee not know what biggie sized is??? She was not nice.

I just went in and saw that marvelous baconator picture, so I decided I was gonna have it. Guess what? The bacon was so soft and grassy that could barely taste it. Maybe there was not even bacon at all. Actually I don't know what they call it baconator. For those of you that like bacon like me, don't fall for it. Check pictures below

Prices on their menu are wrong. On the board it says the prices are for medium combos but theyre actually for a small. I’ve worked fast food so Im always extra nice and I wasn’t upset but they refused to honor the price on the menu and the guy was getting really short with me. Not mad at him specifically, im sure it’s a management issue & they won’t let them change it because they always refuse to. If I wasn’t using a gift card I would have left. The food was stale as hell and I ended up throwing half away anyway (3pm). At the least they got my order right but I will not be going back. I’m sure they get it all day long because they’re all like this now but it never changes and they always refuse to make it right. Why should I pay more than what your menu says when it’s already overpriced. False advertising
