Prices on their menu are wrong. On the board it says the prices are for medium combos but theyre actually for a small. I’ve worked fast food so Im always extra nice and I wasn’t upset but they refused to honor the price on the menu and the guy was getting really short with me. Not mad at him specifically, im sure it’s a management issue & they won’t let them change it because they always refuse to. If I wasn’t using a gift card I would have left. The food was stale as hell and I ended up throwing half away anyway (3pm). At the least they got my order right but I will not be going back. I’m sure they get it all day long because they’re all like this now but it never changes and they always refuse to make it right. Why should I pay more than what your menu says when it’s already overpriced. False advertising

I don't know what changed in the last few months but every single time I come here they get my food wrong. Every time I order my food plain and I can see on the screen it gets marked plain but it sure doesn't get handed to me plain. Last time my nuggets were just not included with my order and today I just got the entirely wrong sandwich with all the stuff on it. I came to this one cos it was conveniently on my way home but I'd rather just drove the extra 5 minutes to the other. Food is fine, people are fine, they just never get the order right and it's frustrating.

Computer price was higher than menu price. I had to ask nicely four times for correction. While I was waiting for food, mgr had staff change sign to higher price. (picture) Issue with commode not flushing in both restrooms. Fixed with signage to flush 7 times. (picture) Key tag for free (w/purchase) Jr Frosty now $3 (up from $1 last year). Walls empty of signs and appeared dirty and with holes.
Dietary restrictions: Chili is usually hot & tasty.

Tonight, I ordered the dave double combo, which is $5.99 deal. Somehow, the guy thinks i ordered just the sandwich and drink. If you have a deal running for a double, it's safe to assume that's the order. I caught the fries at the pick up window. But I was charged more. This is the same guy that jumps out the window to try and scare people. When he does this, I never know if someone's going to throw something at my car or out the window. Next time he does it, I am going to drag him through the window. I can't go inside. The last time I tried to go in was 7pm on Sunday and it was locked. This place makes me angry every time for one reason or another.

My breakfast baconator was tasty. I ordered it using rewards points, and when I arrived they said they didn't see my order at first. Apparently they were having issues with orders created from redeemed rewards points. They do have nice seating options inside, as well as some picnic tables outside.
My sandwich was completely covered in sauce, the moment I picked it up it slid apart and fell into the wrapper, our fries were ice cold and very hard. We also asked for a side of baconator fries AND the fry’s that come in the combo. And they also put no ice in our drink when we didn’t ask for that?
