Surprised to say that on the 71n andb5th Avenue white Castle is always on point just like a well oiled machine for the business they do the food is always always good and service has always been good too. Never o er the top but who knows what your experience will look like.

I work nights and stopped after 3 am. No wait in the drive thru. I was informed that the grill had just been cleaned and it would be a 7 to 10 min wait. This happens at times and I didn't wish to wait and ordered a different item. The girl working the window was very apologetic for the inconvenience and doubled the amount of my replacement item at no charge. She was sweet and friendly. She provided the absolute BEST customer service experience I have had anywhere in a long time. Her service and attitude more than made up for the inconvenience. Great job out of her and this establishment for hiring a great employee and empowering her to go above and beyond!

The young men waited on us was excellent, made.Sure, our order was correct.When we inquired about the nice little coffee mugs of our selling, it was really good at describing them and also told us that he bought two.When there is not a first grandma, really good service today. We had sliders, French fries, onion chips.
