The one time I go to White Castle in Grove city Ohio it is the worst service food on top of my order being the easiest order ever they don’t put my cheese sticks in the order so then I have to drive 15 miles back to that location to get cold cheese sticks Only to realize the rest of my order was incorrect and at this point, the food was very cold on top of employment is in need of a makeover talk about clueless. I don’t even know how this establishment is still open. I will never go here again and I will tell every client of mine the same!

So yesterday, my husband and I came through this particular White Castle drive-thru and I'm telling you... these were the best jalapeño cheeseburgers we've ever had from any White Castle EVER. They were hot, fresh and the cheese was so...cheesy. Idk how to explain but they were amazing, and I've had them from many different locations in and out of Ohio. The young lady working the window was very polite and friendly as well. She took our order without issue and had a smile waiting when we pulled around to pay. It was so good that we just Uber'd another 10 pack from this location, with a couple smoothies. Thanks, guys and gals! Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌

Today at Holt Rd White Castle my husband made an order online through Grubhub for pickup AND PAID $53.79 for the order Ihave a receipt showing paid. I arrived at the staff was nasty the building had trash laying around and an older nasty man saying he was the manager would not release my order he kept telling me food was not paid for he wanted to extort me for $47.19 even when I showed him the receipt stating my husband paid $53.79 he was nasty and rude and this is not the first issue I have had with this nasty person this is the 4th. I have stopped going to this location because of this person and his failure to properly manage if he is even a manager. I RECOMMED STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION HOLT RD COLUMBUS OHIO I contacted corporate but they had a dismissive attitude so I don't think anything will be done. When did White Castles customer service fall so far? And why do they let this nasty man be the face and voice of their company?
