The patio area was nice. They have a smoking section and a non smoking section on the patio. The service was average, we had to ask a couple of time for condiments before we actually got them but service was fine otherwise. The food was average, nothing to write home about. We had the western burger, bologna sandwich, and potato kegs. The potato kegs were the best part of the meal. It was a little pricey. $15 for a single burger with no sides. If you need a quick spot for exceptionally average food and you're in the area this is an okay spot. I wouldn't make a trip specifically for this place.

We loved their wings and chicken sandwiches, but as of 6/7/25 they changed distributors and the quality of food has dropped significantly. It’s heartbreaking because our family loved their food 😭 Roosters it is
Good friendly place. Nice outside area. Good food.
Great food, friendly prompt service and a wonderful patio. Amazing value.

Are you from Groveport?
Are you looking for a new local bar cause the last one shut down after the 10th patrons liver shut down?
Are you over the age of 55?
Are you looking for a new hang out spot cause you're a miserable drunk who only lives to go out to the bar?
If you answered yes to any of that, this bar is for you..
Ok maybe I'm a bit harsh, but the bar is sub par bar food, trust me, it's not good when you're sober.
We were passing through, and saw this place had good reviews for food. Not very family friendly. Legit a locals watering hole, and if you're not from here, go elsewhere cause you're not really welcome!
Travelers beware- This is more a local bar hangout than the restaurant tavern you may be expecting. While driving through the area we thought we would try this place out, when we got out of our car it immediately smelled like fried foods, totally made sense once we got the menu. Half of the inside of the tavern is taken up by pool tables and they were all being used. The establishment was very clearly full of regulars that hang out there and it was very loud. The only outside seating open at the time was the bar/smokers patio which of course is a delightful smell while you're eating food. The real cherry on top was the highly offensive joke a patron told my husband while he was walking by inside to find the restroom.
Moral of the story, if you don't want to feel like your eating your meal in a biker bar, maybe choose a different location.

Went there after golf league for several years. Great burgers among other great foods. Staff was always on top of things. Loved the front patio. I’ll be back.
After taking our pet to the vet, we stopped into Birch Tavern for dinner. We sat on the patio since it was a nice day. The food was delivered fast and was delicious. The service was friendly, and the overall experience was good. My wife had the birch club sandwich, and I had the boneless chicken wings. They were comparable in size to Roosters. I enjoyed our experience there.
Awesome place to eat and enjoy yourself.
Great experience and really good food. Didn't catch our server's name (she has a couple of interesting tattoos on her fingers), but she was great. Didn't miss a beat. Would definitely go back.
Will definitely go back when in the area!
