Pros: The young lady Salia (sp?) was very kind on the phone as well as when I picked up. She's always pleasant ?VERY BIG CON: (The food here is normally great!)I ordered biscuits and gravy, and the biscuits were like actual bricks. These are definitely from yesterday. I can not imagine biscuits made this morning being this hard.

Be very careful when you're ordering sausage gravy and biscuits. I ordered it, ordered a cup size of sausage gravy, and found out Bob Evans cup size is actually half a cup. Thought I ordered off the kids' menu.

They were clearly prioritizing the pickup orders over those of us that were waiting in the foyer it was nice that she offered me coffee for the wait but then they charged me for it how do you give someone something to appease them for inconvenience then charge them?

this bob evans has the worst service you could imagine the people there seem like they don't like there job if you don't like ur job why work there? hiring manager acts like there a stick in her boot, the energy in the place feels off the only good thing was the food an it wasn't even cooked all the way. 3/10 service I don't recommend eating here with ur family.

Sat for 10 minutes in a near empty dining room while these rivers ignored us and talked to each other. Will not go back. The parking lot was full of trash as well.
