Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a Barbacoa burrito bowl. The portion was generous, however, the Barbacoa was almost all fat. That didn't use to happen. They cooked the Barbacoa long enough that all the fat rendered into the juice. Apparently they don't cook it that way anymore. I will get the Chicken or Carnitas next time. The girl doing the serving was distracted by the number of customers, and I saw her mess up several orders, including mine, however, she didn't put anything in my order that I wouldn't eat. Atmosphere was an active takeout restaurant. As only one group was dining in.

The food here sucks compared to other locations. Too much fat in the meat.. ordered extra chicken and it was all fat

Unfortunately this is the closest Chipotle on my way home, but at this location, you don't get a choice in what goes in your bowl, you get what they have available, which around 5pm, is typically nothing more often than not.

Want white rice? Sorry, no white rice, only brown. Next day you want chicken? Sorry, no chicken, ok fine, I'll settle for steak.. Sorry no steak either.. Seems like every time I come here at 5-6pm they're out of everything. You know there is a dinner rush, but yet you do 0 to prepare for it. This is one of the worst locations in Columbus. Today I took my business to hotheads, where they actually have white rice.

My go to.. food is always fresh

Hannah is so sweet! she always seems to be working when we come in and she’s always very welcoming her and her coworkers always take great care of us and it’s always a pleasure to go to this location.

Waste of time honestly. Got in around 1:25 pm got told rice coming soon come to find gonna be another 10 mins after already waiting 15

When I looked at my receipt at home. They charged me wrong order. I ordered 1 chicken burrito and 1 chicken bowl. But instead they charged me carne asada bowl. They charged me guacamole, and queso de Blanco ,too. That I don't get it. It's my fault too. I should checked the receipt before I left.

It's a hit or miss. If I love what I eat from here. I have expected better from Chipotle. It's time for them to step up their game!! And lower their prices. Can I get a hoorah!
