Walked in chipotle today to order my food and idk if one of them were managers or what .. but a older short lady with a mask started making me and my gf's bowls and she pretty much had a attitude making it. Then it was a lady with tattoos who finished our bowls and was very rude. She rushed our orders , had a bad attitude. We couldn't even say our order because she was rushing us , and we could barely get a word out. It was disturbing because a man behind us ordered and he asked her for more sour cream , and she slapped it on there and tossed the spoon as if he asked for something complicated. Definitely not looking forward to coming back honestly. Not dealing with people who rush me ordering because they're mad at life.

Paid for queso cheese but did not get it and this is not the first time that has happened to us. I also didn't get any salsa on mine this time either and I asked for green. Highly disappointed.

There's Hope
Ordered thru Uber Eats & service was fast and prompt. Yet, the food was totally substandard! Why can’t this location be consistent with food quality?? I just give up and refuse to give you any more of my hard earned money! Ordered a chicken burrito and I could swear they over stuffed it with vegetables to hide the fact that there wasn’t even a half cup worth of chicken on it! Also no black beans which I ordered and no hot sauce! What gives? An hour before closing & y’all just say eff it!! Do better but I’m not coming back to this location.

Chipotle employee would not listen as I placed my order request I thought he was to busy trying to prepare my order where heMissed some items speed seemed to be his priority instead of getting the order correct it wasn't very busy so I didn't understand why I could have made an issue but decided not to so I could get out as quickly as possible better training would fix this issueAll the other employees were very professional not sure if I will return.

My experience there were okay, the girl I think her Aisha, is very friendly, and her Service with a wonderful smile make a big difference, and the staff is also nice.Parking: Awesome parking, plus the handicap so close to the is wonderful.

This is the only Chipotle I willing eat at in Columbus. Portion sizes of the toppings are great and typically pretty quick to get through the line. The store manager working this evening went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted for our order - thank you again! The only thing needing attention is the drink area - gets messy/needs cleaning.
