If you can ignore slow and ignorant service. The filth on every surface of this place might steer you away. Walls, floors, ceilings, counter tops, back of house all filthy. Cabinets covered in mold and torn seats every where you look. You could atleasy try to make an effort to keep customers safe or bare minimum comfortable.

I love Dairy Queen ice cream and what the new owners are selling now tastes like ice milk. I will not be returning to Groveport location.

Staff was not very responsive to customers. There were multiple customers in line including me and only one cashier got up to help while the rest were sitting on the floor on their phones. Both times I have been here, I have asked for the Mango Slushy, but they don't have it. They need to take it off the menu. The tables were dirty. One of the cashiers stared at me and my friend the entire time we ate as if we needed to leave, even though the lobby did not close for another hour. We were the only customers eating inside, which made it more uncomfortable than if another customer would have witnessed it. Not going to this location again!

New owners are not good and they need to rehire the teens because there is no way there should be hair in my ice cream

Absolute horrible experience here twice since the new owners took over. You are asked to repeat your order several times. Fine I don’t mind extending clarity. However both times I have been handed the wrong food, size etc of what I ordered. Today I handed it back )I checked this time before pulling off) and was yelled at saying that’s not what I ordered. He even said I asked you several times. I told him I know and I repeated myself 3 times. Needless to say the language barrier is going to shut this location down. Never returning and definitely not bringing my school group here come fall. Oh and the prices at THIS location has skyrocketed and there is always a foul smell coming out the window. What is that?

The regular staff were of and the subs had walked out it something so we went in and made it own and left call on the counter.

I have had the worst experience ever at this location. The staff were idiots. Couldn’t get a banana split in a cup. It’s not rocket science!!! They were rude. We ordered large and were originally handed small. Ridiculous. Do better

I went here with my family. All 3 of us went in to place our order. 2 adults and a 13 year old boy. It was raining very hard out. One adult is 71 , I am 55 and my grandson is 13. All 3 of us almost fell going inside here. There was a small black rug in the first entry way between the sets of doors. We were discussing almost wiping out when we came in. There were 3 staff inside. They heard us talking and did not say anything to us. No apologies for us almost breaking our necks. No comments about maybe we should put a bigger rug down. Or I'm so glad you didn't fall. Nothing!!

Why does it always smell so bad inside the restaurant. It always smells like someone crapped their pants. The chicken is good here but there fries are so nasty. I felt like I was just eating a bunch of grease. I use to live in groveport as a child and then moved away and then as an adult I came back. And this DQ was always great. Now days I feel like it’s falling apart. Chairs are ripped the tables are uneven the floors always look like they never sweep it. These new owners need to do a lot in this restaurant to make it a better place. Especially the smell and the look on the inside. So sad.

Dirty inside. Employees were not very interactive. Guy turned around looking at his phone after we ordered and we were waiting on one more item. No, have a nice day or anything.
