My wife and I went there to eat and went to the hostess and requested a table for 3 in case a friend we were told 35 mins which we said fine. About 20/30 minutes in my friend said he wasn’t going to make it, and at time we switched it back to just 2 and I specifically asked if that changed our wait time and she said no. I said thanks and went and sat down. We were about 40 mins into our wait when another couple walked in and got seated about 3 mins later after they walked it. I approached the hostess to ask how much longer our wait would be. She said there were still 2 more people ahead of us. I asked how could that be when you just sat a couple of 2. She then proceeded to explain to me that they were already on the wait list, but didn’t answer their text to be seated but came in and were moved ahead of everyone. During this exchange she proceeded to call me hon, and sort of talk down to me. First off if someone doesn’t answer their text they don’t get to jump the line, second your hostess should not be calling people hon, 3rd don’t continue to tell people 35 mins when you know that isn’t even a good estimate. My wife and I left after waiting nearly an hour and still no one was being sat. Can’t rate the food but the little service we got wasn’t great, seemed disorganized and chaotic in the front. Plus the 20 some year old calling me hon is a huge turnoff.
We had a very bad experience with the service. We were first given a table by the window that we really liked because of the sunlight, but the floor was extremely dirty—food, wrappers, and individual butter containers all over the place. We kindly asked if someone could clean it so we could sit there.
Instead of cleaning, the server simply removed our menus and silverware and took us to another table far from the window. My husband politely asked if we could sit at one of the other empty tables near the window, and she very rudely told us that if we wanted to eat, it had to be at the table she chose.
It took us a moment to process what happened, but the attitude was so unpleasant that when another server came to take our order, we were both still in shock from the way we were treated. We can’t comment on the food because we were unable to stay; we got up and left.
A very disappointing experience, especially because we arrived hoping for a calm and friendly breakfast.

Stated very clearly that I had a severe dairy allergy and cannot eat anything containing dairy, and was then given toast drenched in butter, of which I was not aware until I’d had some and tasted it. Server apologized and came back with some more toast without butter, I don’t think it was the servers fault. Better kitchen communication when it comes to allergies would be good. Regardless the allergic reaction caused by the exposure pretty much ruined my day, I think I’ll avoid for my own safety.
Very good food, and sevice
Today, just as it has been ever since opening, service is extremely slow and the plates were warmer than the food. Probably the last opportunity we will give this place. I can only speak for the groveport location. Arrived at 11:40, received some of the food about 12:20, and in the 40 minutes, they couldn't even melt the cheese on the grilled cheese sandwich. Food is usually not bad, but not worth 45 minutes wait. One person at our table of 4 didn't receive his food until the other 3 were almost done. If you've got 90 minutes to burn and miss pasta Salvi's, give it a go. If you are hungry for anything else, don't waste your time here.

First eating here! Did an online order for my aunt and myself. When I walked in I stood for about 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front desk. The workers saw me just didn’t come up to greet me or asked what I needed.
Once a group of white man walked in to dine in. Some came to help them right away. Maybe because they were regulars not sure. But while helping them the gentleman also helped me. Since 4 other workers just kept walking by looking at me.
The gentleman was very!!! Handsome!!! He might be the reason people come there.
I made the mistake by not checking my food when I got back in. The hash browns were not crispy as order. The country fried steak didn’t have the biscuits. Steak could have been a little more crispy. My French toast was cold. Only stay 7 minutes. Was told the food had just came up before I left.
Overall I think it’s ok but won’t go back.
