Went here on 4/6/24 went through the drive-through and had Hillary H as my server, she was INSANELY RUDE, kinda just through my food at me and said take care. Lost a customer will never be back! Do better.

I eat here as often as possible but I could not go one day & ordered on Door Dash. Definitely is NOT recommended! Double burgers come with only 1 burger, fries not included & any extras (ranch) not included but you will be charged for it & they do not refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

My husband and I were really craving a fresh, build-your-own salad bar and there are so few left that we decided to go to Frisch's. The place was not very full with people and our server Kilo, was fine, all things considered. The disappointment was the salad bar. There were a lot of items that were out. Cheese, eggs, cucumber, etc. - gone. I mentioned it not once, not twice, not even three times but four times when finally, 30 minutes after we were seated was "some" of the items replenished. Not to mention that the bar area was just messy.My husband ordered a fish sandwich. He received a burger. The correction took about 10 minutes but was corrected. The bathroom was trashed and all of the stalls had no toilet paper. I am hoping that there was a staffing shortage and that this is not the norm. I would hate to see one of the last standing Frisch's in town, shutter due to these kind of experiences.

I hadn't been to this location in several years due to all of the changes they made due to COVID. This visit was a good experience. The waiter we had was great. I felt bad for him though because it appeared he was the only one covering all of the tables in the restaurant. It's obvious this location is under staffed. Food was decent and was happy to see the salad bar was well stocked. I will likely be back.
