The manager was so rude. She gave a lot of attitude for no reason.

So we ordered a 12 PC family meal with patatoe wedges. The lady told us to pull around and wait by the door because they were waiting on wedges. We pulled around and waited. We waited for 20 minutes.There was only one other customers at the time. I ended up going inside to check and the same lady that took our order forgot we were out there and the food was sitting on the counter the whole time. The worst part is, when we got home we saw that they didn't even give us patatoe wedges. I reason we had to wait. I will never go back to this location.

I came to this location tis evening and i ordered an 8 piece chicken tender and a family size potato wedge the potato wedges were old hard and tasted horrible like old grease and half my box was filled with old hard french fries i will never return and they were rude when i called to complain i wish i could give 0 stars

When did restaurants go ftom being customer focused to employee focused? The rep was friendly but wears dirty clothes. The music was too loud and the wrong type for customer conversation. The entire experience was set up for the employees - to keep them happy- not the customer. The menu doesnt accurately represent the food received. I got the BBQ wings. Nowhere on the board does it say tgwy are bone in and made from spicy wings.

My chicken was not done on the inside it was still pink with blood and overcooked on the outside and the staff never listen to what you are actually asking for

Went through drive thru after ordering a pot pie and some chicken. Paid at window and then was informed that they don't have pot pies and did I want to get something else. I replied no that I came for the pot pie and wanted a refund. Then I was told that they don't give refunds. Don't give refunds? On something they didn't have yet did not tell me until I had already paid? NEVER GO HERE. EVER. How do yoú not give a refund? Manager was also rude. Employees were standing outside upon arrival. Guess it isn't managed properly.

Just went through the drive thru and a female employee with face tattoos was cursing at a male employee for taking too long with my order, didn't have to be that rude to him. And to top it all off, she gave me fries that were sitting out for about an hour and I didn't realize until it was too late. If it were my choice she'd be looking for a new place to work.

In the drive thru the lady always tells me if I want to place an order I have to come inside. This happens multiple times a week, is your drive thru ever open?
This is really hurting their business.

Don’t order online OR GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU, you have to go in every single time, doesn’t matter if you have a online order
I just ordered two breast and a wing mashed potatoes and coleslaw to be delivered by DoorDash and I got two thighs and a wing. Somebody clearly does not know their chicken parts.
This restaurant has poor management and staff. The worse attitudes come from nearly every person you come in contact with. I ordered a #1 breast and wing only with mashed potatoes and Cole slaw and a Pepsi. I get to the window and they said that I asked for a $7 box and then got an attitude. The black lady at the window told the coworker she said she didn't order that. You could have shut the window. I do have a name and addressing an employee in front of a customer is ridiculous. If you can find another KFC or Popeyes go there. These ppl are horrible.
Kimberly called me to let me know my online order was a bit delayed. Everything came out great. Online orders have definitely been the way to go here. Appreciate the heads up.
