3rd...What's up with the huge Price increases...unbelievable that a 2 dollar increase in one week on lots of items can be justified.

2 nd update where do they get the rude cashiers! I shop this location sometimes 2 times a day for groceries or gas. To day I ask Ryan the cashier a questions...he informed me rudely that he doesnt make policy so call corporate plus after getting cigerettes he expessed his opinion of how he feels about cigarettes.. which really isnt his business nor did I ask his opinion...his not my doctor or family member. But my question was why does it cost me .50 each time I use my bank card to pay for groceries.
It appears Kroger force you to use your master card as a debit card so they can charge you a fee over 50 dollars. I think this is bad customer service ... I am not asking for money back ....so much for better customer service ..Updating my post....visited the store a couple times since bad experience...100% better experience at ckeckout.

The two very unhappy ladies at checkout were working today....it maybe be time to look for a new job in 2019. I refused to let your dislike for your job change my nice day....I hope you both find happiness in the new year!

The Groveport Kroger store and pharmacy seem to be very organized and stocked fully without boxes and skids everywhere blocking isles like most other stores across Columbus and the surrounding areas. Everyone I had contact with was well informed and eager to help and very friendly. The store seems to be very clean.

It's a grocery store, not too much to say on that. My one big complaint, however, is that the dairy section noticeably has some spoiled products whenever I come in here. I check all my dates because of this, but it's still sad to see that they keep expired products on the shelf and sometimes don't do much about it

Sold me moldy mac n cheese, contacted store & they offered to make it right with a replacement + $20 gift card. They informed us it would be under my name. Went to make the exchange and pick up gift card only to be told by customer service rep there was nothing he could do & talked to me poorly instead of getting manager - turned me away for not having the managers name we spoke with on the phone.

I only come here if I can't find things at Aldi. Kroger prices have gone through the roof, even with discounts and coupons. Beware of wrong prices and expired items.

I went to the store for the pop and didn’t realize that I didn’t clip the coupon. The line was huge and the cashier said he can remove the pop and have me go back through the self checkout again that was half way down the aisle. I called customer service to say that they could have done two separate orders but she was cold and said that they were busy and that is how they do it now. I would have been happy not to write a review had she just been a little nicer and said sorry mam for the inconvenience. Anything but you make a customer feel like you don’t even care. Besides I see people check out with two orders all the time. By making me go back in line only makes the line longer and customers angry. To boot it all, I went to self checkout and it still didn’t go through after the coupon was clipped and another associate had to move me to another spot to fix it.
