I have been to main grind several times in the last week after trying them for my first time. I drive from Lockbourne Rd and Williams Rd passing 2 other coffee shops to go there. I went in Wednesday morning day before Thanksgiving to be informed espresso machine is down. I thought they should have at least offered a complimentary drink my next visit. Wasn't that many years ago that was just how customer service was handled at establishments. My average order is 24 dollars. Wouldn't expect a free order however I think a complimentary coffee shows your patrons you care.

Love this coffee shop! It has a warm and inviting atmosphere and the drinks are affordable. I have not had any of the food. I knocked down a star because the matcha isn't the best, and that's my favorite thing to order at a coffee shop. I've had it twice, and both times it's pretty bland. I did get less syrup in it, but I get the same order at another coffee shop and it tastes more vibrant there.
There is plenty of parking in the back of the coffee shop.

I stopped by this place today after work, and overall, it was a pretty cool experience. I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5.
I ordered a Strawberry Matcha latte with Strawberry Cold Foam, and while I was a little surprised by the brownish color (not what I expected visually), the flavor wasn’t bad at all. What really stood out to me though was the cold foam — it was really good and added a nice touch to the drink!
The interior is super nice and welcoming — definitely a cozy vibe for hanging out or studying. It’s modern, clean, and has a great aesthetic overall.
I’d definitely consider going back, but I think I’ll try something different next time — maybe step out of my usual go-to order and explore more of their menu.
If you’re in the Groveport area, I’d say it’s worth checking out at least once!

I’ve recently moved into this little town and visited this coffee shop already 7 times. It’s that good! I joined their rewards program and already managed to receive half off drinks twice! I have yet only tried their breakfast sandwiches which are phenomenal. I’m sure the lunch options are just as delicious. The staff there are very friendly and sweet. It is definitely family friendly with their big seating space. I love bringing my boys with me and they get to order their hot chocolates :)
Main Ground is by far mine and my son’s favorite coffee/breakfast place to go to! The service is extremely efficient, the employees are incredibly kind, the quality of the coffee, drinks, food, bakery, etc. is AMAZING, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly! I can never decide what I want because it is ALL so good and fresh. My son always gets a fruit blended smoothie and the hashbrown bacon bites. I love the Main Ground Melt sandwich and their breakfast croissant sandwich accompanied by any of their iced lattes/espresso drinks. Whether it’s taking my son, going to study, just running in to grab something quick, it always is a 10/10 experience overall! We love Main Ground and it always hits the spot!!
