Went through the drive though. Wasn’t greeted didn’t receive total. Got to the first went again not greeted barely got the total and no receipt offered. Second window again not greeted bag pushed out the window. Not everything was in there. The breakfast burritos were old and stuck to the paper. The cheese was hard on the paper. Tried calling the store and no answer. Glad I don’t go to this one very often.

This is the WORST McDonald’s we have ever been too. No ice and don’t tell us when we ordered. Then they would not give a refund. The entire restaurant is filthy and a disgusting mess. Burgers were very dry and old. Every table was dirty, garbage on the floor and workers sleeping in the booths.

Food was cold and not properly cooked. Big Macs were made wrong and fries were very cold. I keep giving this McDonald's a chance but that's over. Talked with a manager and she offered to talk to staff about it. Also she said if I brought the food back she would remake it but that was not an optionfor us. She didn't over a free meal or anything like that. This will probably fall on deaf ears so I'm not expecting anything from this. Just a wast of time for the food and talking to the manager.

This place is always a hit or miss. Firstly, customer service here is trash. I drove up to the window after paying and they instantly had my order all wrong. I do want to say, their machines outside that are used for customers to order are BROKEN! They tell me to go park my car and they will come out with the rest of my food. 10 minutes go by and I HAD to go in and grab it myself. Do better. This location sucks

Came in tonight around eleven thirty p m and ordered a dubble quarter pounder meal... ended up being a mcdouble meal.. I am a truck driver.I just worked fourteen hours and I was very hungry. I was very disappointed.. it just really sucks that you always have to make sure that your meal is right before you leave a restaurant. I paid for a double quarter pounder combo and ended up getting mcdubble combo.... French fries was not fresh and halfway filled.. I was just very disappointed all the way around.. I have nothing else to say 😔

I ordered 4 piece kids meal with an extra fry, ranch and small root beer. I did not receive the extra fry, sauce or drink. I redeemed a 6 piece kids meal didn’t get it at all. I ordered 2 grinch meals and did not receive the socks nor drinks. I did the buy 1 get 1 free 10 piece and got the nuggets and no sauce. This place is consistently bad, especially when you use a third party service. I hate going here because it’s always slow, I do the order ahead and still have to wait 15 mins for my food. If it wasn’t for my kids I would never go here, and I only go here because it’s the only one close to me.
45 minutes and counting received cold food like it was ok. I had to wait for them to make me hot food so more waiting. Doordashes waiting an hour for food. Ridiculous. Idk what is going on here but the store manager, owner, GM, whatever needs to overhaul the ship bc it's sinking at this location. So after it was all said and done I still ended up getting lukewarm food. My kids are going to end up having to heat their food up in the oven because nothing was actually fresh when it was given to me. They're in there, running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They can't even get one complete task done before they're running off to do something else. She asked me did I want her to fix my order. I said, yes. She takes the bag from me and then proceeds to go and start filling other orders. So I sit and wait another five minutes until she gets back to my bag. Complete one task before you start another one.

I can't rate it much on customer service I seen a few bad reviews of it but I can say it was very late when I went and I had to order off the app so not much to say about the customer service but I did have to wait a while but when I got home to eat I can actually say for the first time ordering McDonald's here in Columbus that the wait was worth it I normally order at East Livingston just because it's closer but 1000% didn't recommend it here at least they had everything I ordered and didn't make me waste money because they couldn't refund me what they didn't have anyways this location was worth going to I got home everything was fresh and hot the chicken was juicy not dry and sitting on the rack for hours everything was neatly put together and packed not just thrown together so from my experience the ones giving the bad reviews should try going to the east Livingston location especially night shift. The screens were broken and hard to read so that's the only reason I give 4 stars

One of thee worst McDonald's in Columbus! I waited over 20 mins for my food after paying, 2 customers were about to fight, the staff just calls out numbers and sits the food on the counter, and door are just taking any bags!
