Ordered through the app and set for curb side pick up. Waited 10 minutes prior to going in to inquire about my order. I stood at the order pickup area for 10 minutes and was not addressed. I left without my order. This location has done the same thing to me twice. I will not be back.

So I’ve been here several times this time it happened again stayed in 20 minutes for somebody to come take my money after use the kiosk part of that I waited 20 minutes or so for iced coffee. Well I went there today on 26 of May lady told me to use the kiosk and looked at her said already did I just need to pay 10 minutes go by still nobody taking my money so I walked out and went somewhere else and spent my money. This place is unbelievable half the time especially for just iced coffee 20 minutes it’s un. And for that lady who told me to use the kiosk, you rude because if you You’ve not paid attention you would know already used the kiosk and I just needed to pay if I give y’all a zero so I would because the store has become an unbearable now I used to go in there and get my iced coffee and a decent amount of time now I can’t even do that. And if I would even make a pick up order, same thing has happened, and I made that in advance

Always a terrible experience when trying to order food here, the service is very rude and they have no respect or care for their customers or they food that they’re serving. It’s disgusting they still let this establishment run their business here like this.

Food goes right though you makes you go to the bathroom alot dont know whats going on there they never get an order right Today May17,2025 10 am Girl is on the phone trying to to take orders through the drive through we couldn't order everything we wanted then when we got to pay she kept saying mcgriddles she said it three times then we had to say our order over and over again while she is still talking on the phone there is something totally wrong with that place Always a hassle

Sometimes their focus is more on the drive through than the people inside. It seems irrational. And to make people. Order on kiosks instead of taking in person orders is frankly insulting. Do not order the hot tea.They give you hot water and a teabag to do it yourself and the cups do not have sleeves and the cup is hot.

Ice coffee is basically water and cream everytime I come here. No coffee at all. Literally taste like poo poo. The picture don't do justice. But trust me. Don't buy ice coffee from here.

I want to start by saying I work in the service industry, I’m always nice and respectful when interacting with fast food employees, and I never leave negative reviews. but I just got treated so poorly at this stupid McDonald’s for no reason. I pulled up to the speaker and they took 4 cars at the other speaker that came after me so I asked politely if I should go to the other lane. when they finally answered the speaker they were short and rude with me and just told me to pull around… I pulled up to the first window to pay and no one was at the window so after waiting for a few minutes and feeling like I was holding the line up I thought I was maybe supposed to go to the second window. the woman at the second window was so rude to me because I guess I was supposed to pay at the first window and I even said I was sorry and that I was confused when no one came to the window and she just stared at me like I was an idiot. I was so hungry as I got off work super late so after waiting and going through this whole interaction I literally shed a tear. so rude for no reason I’m so upset.
