Didn't get confirmation that it was being delivered so I called and checked in it was over 30 minutes late. The lady told me to just come in and pick it up they are running late. I told her I have a flat tire and my son was having a sleepover and we really don't want cold pizza she then sent me to a manager that wasn't helpful at all. I cancelled the order and door dash still showed up over an hour late I told him I cancelled it and he said he still gets paid. I feel so awful having to throw out my chicken wings and pizza.
Who do I exactly reach out to? I spoke with the manager and she wasn't helpful.

My last 3 orders from this location have all came with issues. The first 2 were pickups where it was either incredibly late or they tried to give me an incomplete order. We were having a gathering tonight which required us to pay the exorbitant delivery fee plus tip, and 2 hours later,no pizza. We called and we're told to come pick it up and it was on door dash. I didn't order from door dash, I ordered from pizza hut. This place is a joke, the food is overpriced and .mediocre and the people working there are useless. You are better off with dignorno.
Update: woke up to a charge for an order that was supposed to be cancelled, so now I have to dispute it with my bank. Avoid this place at all cost.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried ordering two to three times now terrible service they never completed an order with all my items every time I've gotten breadsticks I've never gotten marinara sauce with them even when I order extra sauce for him I don't even get the sauce that comes with them let alone the extra go to Little Caesars better quality and you'll get your stuff

Was greeted with a smile. Pizza was being boxed as I paid. Pizza boxes handed over a moment later, again with a toothy smile. It was just really refreshing having someone who was happy in customer service when getting pizza. Everything tasted great, we made a good choice for our son’s birthday pizzas.

Called in a pick up order, said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there in 20 minutes, said it would be just a couple more minutes. 10 minutes later, said they had misplaced the order ticket, so it's going to be another 15 minutes. Paid when I first got there, should have looked at receipt, because there was a 17% tip on there that I did not want to give for a 45 minute wait time for a simple pizza.
What in oregano is this bro? I ordered 3 medium pizzas and two orders of bread sticks. Well when the driver got here late, they said the store ran out of crust and they sent one medium and one large. When I opened my breadsticks, I was greeted by a lot of seasoning and they look inedible at this point.

This location is the absolutely the worst Pizza Hut in the WORLD. Rude and Nasty Staff. Wrong Orders. I know that humans make mistakes, but it is completely outrageous on how careless the staff is regarding the customers . My Suggestion: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered my food at 7:00 and it is now 10:06 and still no food I been on hold 3 minutes each time being at least 30mins. When I did get someone they said the doordasher took my food and never delivered so when I asked for a refund they said I had to talk to DoorDash so I talk to DoorDash and they said I have to talk to Pizza Hut. This is ridiculous and the fact that the store number goes to a call center not in Ohio is even crazier. I just want my money back
