We never really order pizza hut but tried it tonight during the storm. We live in eastmoore and not a lot of places deliver here. The driver (a handsome, polite black man) was super fast and really friendly! He asked us to leave him a good review but the food was fast, tasted good, and he brought it all to us.Great job on food and great job with the delivery!We will gladly order again.

I tried to place a pick up oder just now 40 minutes before close. I get that it’s close to closing and I get it that people want to go home but when the person picked up they asked if was carry out or delivery and I said carryout then immediately “sorry we are closed have a good one” and before I could say anything, hung up on me. This is the 3rd consecutive bad experience I have had with this location. The workers are rude because they are short staffed always and are most likely burnt out. I have waited in a park lot 45 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready. Needles to say I will not be eating there again.

Ordered delivery one night. All the pizzas were right but I ordered breadsticks and ended up getting cheese sticks. Called for 2 DAYS STRAIGHT to get it corrected and the call center wasn’t helpful and no one ever answered the store phone. Never ordering from this again!

I ordered a medium pizza for delivery only for it to arrive cold and made with the wrong crust. Called about the issue they left me on hold for a hour. After waiting for them answer the phone I had to drive up there not even 24 hours of recovering from surgery which is why I chose delivery. They were really careless about the mistake they made. They got rude with me about and when I asked for corporate number they said they dont have it .

I have been trying to get a job here for two weeks. I called every day after my interviews, and it continued to ring for countless minutes. The only time somebody picked up, the manager wasn't there, so he said he would tell her. Fast forward another week, and i have still received no calls. So, i came up to the restaurant at opening time and waited two hours for somebody to go in there and turn everything on, hoping that they were open. I then called, got through to an employee, was told they didn't open until 2, and was immediately hung up on. Idk how else to reach out other than this.

Called order in. Received text that delivery was on its way but driver may not be able to find location. Called twice and left voicemail. Then called restaurant to inquire and delivery. Person I spoke with informed me that the address was not a real business and most likely I wouldn’t receive my order. I explained to him that it was a real business because I was sitting at Coca Cola and I was a truck driver. He started talking over me telling me it wasn’t and then hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked for a manager and got put on hold again and then hung up on. Luckily the delivery driver found me but I will never do business with this restaurant again.

Horrible pizza!!! Very stingy with there toppings and the pizza is extremely dry i can't even taste no sauce. I ordered extra sauce and i still couldnt taste any.

Order ONE pizza around five por so Friday afternoon 1-5-24 for my wife and kids. I layed down for a few hours since I work third shift and woke up around ten pm and found out the ONE pizza I ordered was not here. I checked my account and was charged by pizza but for the pizza. I called the store and they said it had been delivered. They offered to remake the pizza which was great but my question is how did it not get delivered the first time but said that it was? What’s to stop this from happening when I spend $50 or even $80? Safe to say you guys lost my business for good. Thanks anyways.
Twice this week I’ve tried to order Pizza Hut for lunch and twice they told me they don’t open till two and hung up on me but the website clearly states that they’re open. Don’t order from here they obviously don’t wanna work so most likely the food is not going to be good either
