Food still tastes good, but chicken fingers are a third the size of what they were originally. Same with french fries, also one third the original portion. Less food at higher prices. Chicken is tasty, but I won’t be back soon. Of course, I’ve been a customer since Cane’s came to Columbus. If you don’t remember how it was before, you probably won’t notice the difference. Still, I think this food downsizing is fairly recent.

The staff here is always pleasant to deal with. The place is always clean too. My son and I each got The Caniac meal. The chicken is always tender and juicy. I love the Cane's sauce. Cole slaw is pretty bland but that's why we usually skip it and get an extra piece of bread instead. The bread is so soft and delicious! I ordered the chicken "naked" for the first time (no breading) and they didn't seem put out about it, so that was nice. Will return!

Second time in a row this has happened.. drove 2 hours for wildcard weekend get shorted all my sauce for our tailgate order and all they offer is refund for the sauce no one buys your food for its flavor the sauce makes it so now our entire tailgate order is ruined
