I got a simple chicken & fry box , it's like they took all the old everything & dumped it in my box ! I work in the food industry & I never gave out old food everrrrr ! I'm a cook rather eat my own food but if I'm running around with the lil grandkids I want something simple not awful ! 😔

I just left here and u was the only one in line. I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and after a long wait o got home and discovered they have me a hamburger. How do you mess up this bad when one person is at your store?! HORRIBLE SERVICE! the customer service rep had a horrible attitude to top it off!! I will not be back!

Zero stars should be an option. I ordered a Crispy Bacon Clucker meal X4 and onion fries. The sandwich is supposed to have crispy chicken which did not, topped with cheese slice mine did not, cheese sauce I did have , dill pickles mine did not, and two strips of bacon mine had a few sprinkles of bacon bits. I had to wait for cold over cooked fries, what was I waiting on just for 3 out of 4 fries to be cold, if you were going to drop fries for one why not make all of them fresh. Avoid Rally's on 3800 S Hamilton Rd, Groveport, OH 43125. This isn't the first time I have had this level of service it will be the last!

Its really annoying when employees at this location always say they have no wings when they actually do. They say they dont because they dont want to make them. This has happened on several occasions. Management should really get this location under control and work on making sales rather than allowing their employees to lie to customers because they want to be lazy.

When i got my food my burger was all sloppy and messy and i got only a third of my onion chips instead of the serving size i was supposed to get, also the guy at the window got mad because i asked him to put my food in separate bags and thats where the sloppy food and little chips came from!

I waited 15 minutes after ordering two burgers and two fries, and they weren't busy. The staff seemed to hate their jobs to the point that they need a pay decrease. No mannerism and borderline disrespectful. Whoever was in the kitchen did great food was on point. The gentleman at the window was terrible.
