TODAY IS THE SECOND TIME IN TWO WEEKS I HAVE WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES FOR A DRINK. ALL BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO PAY OVERTIME. THEIR POLICY IS ABSOLUTELY NO OVERTIME. THATS RIDICULOUS. THOSE POOR EMPLOYEES. The workers are great and the coffee is great but they are ALWAYS under staffed. I placed a mobile order today and it took 35 minutes for an iced latte. That's absolutely unacceptable. It wasn't the workers fault she was alone during peak morning hours. She was so overwhelmed. This isnt a one time thing, it's like this 3/5 times. Idk how they keep the employees they do have. I felt so bad for her. She had 14 customers either waiting on drinks or to have their order taken. People asking her when there drink will be done and she was almost in tears. Most people are in a hurry when they are getting their coffee especially in the mornings so why they aren't properly staffed is beyond me. They had a new girl training yesterday who had no idea what she was doing yet, couldn't even ring in an order without assistance and they expected her to be on her own while the other girl went and restocked and pulled pastries. She was not ready for that and thankfully the co worker realized she wasn't ready or it would have been a mess. HIRE SOME MORE PEOPLE YOUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS NEED IT!! Because waiting 35 minutes for a latte is wild. I couldn't even ask for a refund because I didn't want to interrupt the poor girl and push her over the edge so I had no choice to wait. I only come to this location because its next to my kids school and its inside kroger.

The young girl helped me and took my cash and then proceeded to touch the top of my coffee cup. Not sure why one person doesn't take money and another makes the drinks but the other girl was too worried about her own food and drink to be of any assistance. Worst part is they expect a tip! Tips aren't for counter service! Starbucks pay your little panhandlers.

Visited and a couple hours later fraud was noticed on my sons account. An employee was really shitty to him. Wouldn't surprise me if he had something to do with it.

Put in order online for a drink, waited 10 minutes then went to counter. No drink, no line but all 3 employees standing around studying how to make drinks. Stood there for a minute before I had interrupt them and ask if they had my drink. Nobody said anything at all to me but one girl pointed to the ticket and asked another girl to make it. It was an iced drink with hardly any ice and filled 3/4 the way. Would have gladly been happy with some more ice so it was actually an iced beverage and not room temp. Not one to complain much but that was kinda ridiculous.
I was unable to do mobile ordering, which was disappointing as I was on a time crunch. Upon arrival, there was only one person ahead of me (perfect!).
The Starbucks here is right inside the entrance to Kroger. However, be advised that you cannot leave out of those same doors. They have you exit out of the doors on the other side. I gave my order and asked how to run my card as credit instead of debit. The young lady was so confused. She told me she had no idea what I was talking about. I found humor in it, lol. I figure due to her age, she probably has never even seen a real check either, lol. Moving on, this young lady was the only one working. She made our drinks accurately. She had one speed. Slow and steady. It was unfortunate when another customer walked up, and she made no attempt to acknowledge her. She just kept her concentration on making my drinks. Starbies is my guilty pleasure. This place wasn't bad. It just wasn't like my typical experiences.
Parking: Starbucks is inside Kroger. There is plenty of parking, although you may have to walk if you don't find a close spot.

Quality is good but when I tell u they are by far the slowest of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Especially the drive through. Even 3 cars deep can take 20 mins. I’ve gone elsewhere due to how slow they can be.

A location that's inside a supermarket. They tend to run out of sandwiches quickly.

Carson looks very dirty, he doesn’t use gloves when handling ppl drinks and food. He needs to cut his hair. He didn’t seem very happy to be working.

Closed while hours say it’s open!
Went out of my way to stop and get a drink and a sandwich. When the barrista finally got off his phone to notice me standing right in front of him, I asked for a sandwich and a coffee, and he unapologetically informed me that they were out of sandwiches. The lack of sandwiches was fine, but the employees' attitudes were garbage. Doesn't take anything to be nice.

I ordered on the app and like light ice because the normal amount is too much. The past two times he filled my drink 3/4 of the way and I asked him why. He said because I ordered light ice in a snarky way. Today I went in and was grabbing an order for myself along with a friends and he tried to stare me down as I was grabbing the orders. Pretty sure it's the manager but this guy has the worst attitude.Other than that though it's a good spot
