The girl with the curly pink hair who worked Friday morning did a whole Lotta running around while doing a whole Lotta nothing. Drive-through worker had to come put all the food in the oven as multiple customers sat waiting for an extended period of time in lobby and drive thru. Left at least 8+ orders sitting unmade for 25 minutes. Everyone picked up her slack.

I visited this Starbucks location on 06/16/25 9:50am and unfortunately encountered a serious issue with one of the food items I purchased. The food appeared to be contaminated there was a foreign object in my spinach feta wrap shown in picture the spinach taste bad and dead.. I immediately stopped eating and contacted Starbucks Customer Service to report it. I believe this should be taken seriously to prevent any health risks to others. I hope Starbucks and this specific store take the necessary steps to investigate and ensure food safety protocols are being followed.

Im not gonna lie I don't usually come to Starbucks but I just think they could work on customer service here at this location I ask for a pup cup and immediately get attitude she starts off by being rude saying well I can't just give you a pup cup you have to buy something I'm like okay well can I just pay for the pup cup instead of saying there isn't a way to charge you for it she goes no there isn't a button on here for it you have to buy something idk I got the vibe of she thinks I'm just trying to get something for free I'm not I have money I bought something and got it but the entire time was attitude and just rudeness like enough for me to think it was justified to make this post because of how it looks typed out but she treated us like we had no money and like we were trying to take advantage of them and get free stuff.

They have been Refusing to take online orders and keeping the lobby locked as of lately. Not sure if it's actually a staffing issue or if they just don't want to deal with the online orders, but this has been an on going issue for weeks now. This will be the second week in a row that I just didn't make a purchase because I can't get into the store.
Don't order on-line, cafe closed. So I had to wait in line for 25 mins. This is not the first time. I'm will just go the extra time to Canal Winchester Starbucks service is better.
