First time at this Subway. Associates went above and beyond to help with an order for an occasion I was attending. They were amazing. Restaurant, counter, and food bins were very clean, we'll stocked. Was made to feel my business was appreciated. Will definitely return.

I’m very unhappy right now I placed an order on line today at 7:45 it was supposed to be done by 8:05 and I come in a little late and they are just now doing my order and my sister in law orders online after me and they had hers done before mine and yet it is now 8:40 and I’m still waiting on my food I should of been able to come up and have my food done not having to sit and wait 20 minutes for my food this is ridiculous after this I will never go to this location ever again!!!

Ordered subs at 8pm. It is now 9pm and they still aren’t finished with them. They had to open up 6 subs while I was there to figure out which subs were which. Damn this Subway used to be good. Now it’s not worth the time and effort to even order from here.

This used to be one of my favorite Subways' it was one of the few that I would go to in Columbus. It was one of my favorites because they actually would make their bread fresh there... But recently they made some changes and they added this metal around the window area where you can't really see what the meat looks like they put in your sandwich. I don't particularly like that whereas before I could see through the clear glass and see what the meat looked liked, now I can't see which is suspicious to me. My subs have always been fresh but it kind of makes me wonder, what are they trying to hide? And why cover of the meat in such a way? Believe it or not this makes a difference when you're picking a sub where they have to place different kinds of meat on your sandwich one person sandwich could get two pieces of turkey two pieces of roast beef and two pieces of ham and one person sandwich could only get one of each you don't know.

I ordered the lil footlong pretzel. At first, everything’s going good. Then I walk out. NO SAUCE. Ok…..fine….I go back and ask for the honest mustard that comes with it. He puts it in a small cup (not a problem) with NO TOP (big problem) who gives sauce like this?

I am OBSESSED with this subway. It is super close to my job and very quick to place an order through my app and pick it up through their drive thru! My order is always correct and the one time it wasn’t ready on time they gave me a few bags of chips for my extended wait. The salads are filled to the brim and it makes for a full lunch for under $10. I will be back for sure.
