It was my first time in Ohio and read about this place. Stopped in and had an amazing conversation with the owners. They were unfortunately closed due to technical issues but offered me a free Sample platter for my troubles. It was one the sweetest acts of kindness I’ve experienced in so long. The real selling point was the food though. The brisket was juicy and flavorful and the greens were the best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to coming back and trying the a j*** chicken.

Friendly staff, great food, and military friendly. We ordered right when they opened. Had my burger with brisket out in 15 minutes. Burger was a good size and Mac and cheese was very cheesey. Left feeling full and ready for a nap.

Rick and his team are fantastic! My sister booked Hansom Hog for her October 2018 wedding and after getting engaged last March, I knew I had to reach out to see if he was available! We left our consultation so full from all the items Rick had us try and he was so patient while we built a tentative quote and he answered all our questions. Every single person I talked to at our reception RAVED about the food and asked for their information. Everything was so delicious and we are so grateful for Rick and his team being part of our big day and cannot wait for the opportunity to visit the Hansom Hog again!
