They burn my food and serve me pork after I tell them I do not eat pork and they show no concern for customers service đđ

This location is going downhill too. They might as well shut down all the Tim Hortons. I got a chai latte with a hot chocolate when I come to the window. I ask if perhaps maybe they could make it vanilla instead The worker said no itâs too late with an attitude then told me I would have to go around and get back in line with six cars behind me so I said whatever Iâll just pay then I only have two drinks and they told me to pull to the front and I just said no since itâs already too late and I already have my hot chocolate why not just wait an extra 30 seconds for the chai latte to give me half full cup of chai latte and it was entirely too strong then I go to taste my sons, hot chocolate itâs water down to where you canât even taste hot chocolate at all canât even taste the milk like itâs just water and a little bit of cocoa powder. You can hear the manager trying to get his line to go faster so he can make a certain time but itâs just like you you were taking peoples money and youâre not giving them adequate service just so whats the reason poor service just so you can make time, but I will be reaching out for a refund or accommodation for this issue . Customer service no longer exists n

Absolutely horrible establishment. When we walked in the staff was yelling at a customer who was just trying to have their incorrect order resolved which he had a receipt for. Once we were finally able to order the man beside the area was unfriendly and unknowable about the menu when I ordered a breakfast wrap. Once I left, I noticed my breakfast wrap was made with sausage and not bacon which was strictly noted on the receipt. There was no way I was going back in there to have it fixed considering they screamed at the man who was trying to do the same thing. Do not go here.

The washroom is disgustingly filthy.
I keep going here to get a french vanilla Cappuccino, think it'll be better next time.It's not it's watered down And management refuses to make things better knowing there's a problem with te mixture. They're skimpy with the cream cheese on bagels.And when you ask for more you're being overcharged for something that should have been right the first time. I have always loved Tim's now I'm just not happy with this location it's better on sunbury

Our order was incorrect. We received 2 boxes of 6 count instead of the 2 boxes of 12 count. The doughnuts were those flavors no one eats. We ordered Tim bits mix and they were mainly chocolate and stale. Spent almost $50 on food that is awful.

Can't believe I got up and drove over for "warm" coffee. It should have not been warm with just one cream added
I like the crew. Overall they're pretty good getting items out and seem to communicate well between themselves.
This doesn't happen often (warm coffee), but is surely unwelcome.
Products sold at TH are good and better than most other businesses near by. A little more attention to detail and consistency will keep customers coming.
Note: Tim Hortons k-cup coffee at Kroger cost the same as other brands, but have 12 k-cups in the box as opposed to the 10 offered by others. Does not taste the same as coffee at the shop, but it's pretty good.

Sausage bagel belt charge $12 for 2 sandwiches served on stale bagels and yellow and brown, shredded, extremely wilted lettuce.. You know you shouldn't serve product that not only looks disgusting but could make someone very sick.

Itâs insane how many occasions i attempt to use my app at this location to receive the offers , they always have some type of excuse to why it doesnât take it or work. They never want to try to attempt to solve the issue rather than just tell me âoh thereâs nothing we can do sorry we donât control the appâ Knowing itâs not the app thatâs the problem, itâs the scanner. because thatâs what a manager had told me last time because she actually took 2 minutes out of her time to get it to work because she KNOWS itâs the scanner. Whoever the general manager is, has no sense of good customer service. Telling a customer whoâs telling you i enjoy coming here EVERYDAY because of these offers, itâs affordable. If im gonna spend $12 on 2 lattes , Iâll spend it at starbucks. cause PLENTLY of occasions starbucks has given my drink FREE due to an inconvenience of not accepting the code or points etc. because thats what keeps people coming back. worried about a damn timer on your drive through isnât more important than giving good service.
now you have to throw away and WASTE the 2 drinks i ordered, but didnt receive because you failed to help me and provide me good customer service.

Use to love this Tim Horton's. I think it'll be closed soon. No matter what you guys throw into the store it's going to close. I've watched them switch through many new management situations. It's not ever coming back to what it was. I know they are just keeping it afloat. Thanks for your efforts.

Went in to pick up an order. They were out of the certain kind of doughnuts the customer ordered.
So I called and she told me what she wanted in place. The girl left the counter and took me 15 minutes to get somebody to wait on me. Not a manager in sight.
They were more worried about high five than waiting on their customers.It was a mess

Third time Iâve showed up 30-45 minutes before they close and there is no coffee because itâs âdown for cleaning.â I get that employees want to leave but you sell coffee and youâre open till 5. No reason to show up at 4:15pm and not be able to grab a coffee. This is a repeat issue at this location.
Drive thru only sucks so you have to hold up all other cars to read the menu from your car
