I bought two bagels for $7.48, i understand inflation prices and everything but the bagel barely had any cream cheese but at this point you aren’t even getting what you pay for seeing as they charge $1.69 for cream cheese

Line was wrapped. Wanted a burrito just to come to find out they were out of lettuce, I can deal with that, told them “no tomatoes”. Got 3/4th through the wrap just for a huge chunk of tomato to be in it. How do you mess that up? Not to mention the coke was watered down.

This location always has a friendly staff. Occasionally they are out of stuff which can be annoying, but I don't feel that it's worth it to drop the rating.

So had a wonderful experience wait a little longer so I’m gonna take my order but it was OK. They made my food good and all that the lady that took my order was very nice and my drink was amazing after I had a bad experience at McDonald’s I just rather come to Tim Hortons. my drink is 100 out of 100. Thank you for making my day better.

This is my last time I’m gonna buy on this store since they don’t listen to the customer what they want on the coffee! I WANT NO CREAM JUST MILK BECAUSE I’M ALLERGIC TO CREAM! I’m JUST FCKNG WAITING MY MONEY AS ALWAYS REMINDING YOUR STAFF ONLY MILK NO CREAM I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MILK AND CREAM ONCE YOU PUT THE MILK ITS KINDA LIGHT AND THE CREAM YOU CAN SEE TO MUCH CREAM SEE THE PICTURE BELOW! THE ONE PICTURE WHICH IS KINDA LIGHT IS MILK AND THE OTHER ONE IS CREAM! MY GOD

They are more personable when you go thru the drive thru, than when you come in to buy. No one told us they would be right with us or a hello would have been nice. Drinks were mid.

Haven't been to Tim Hortons in years. The service was pretty good. The food was average with not much flavor on the bacon, eggs, and bagel. Got my order wrong, but it was corrected. Don't expect to much.

First time at this location and will definitely be our last. Started with Carol taking our order. She was incredibly rude. Got to the window where we were given the wrong order so we immediately handed it back to Jon. Carol grabs the food from Jon and slams it in the garbage and says to Jon, “ We don’t take food through the window!” - Jon was so apologetic for her behavior. Based on other reviews, looks like this is a pattern for this location. Hopefully, Management can correct Carol’s behavior and hire more people like Jon.

Lady who took our drive through order was extremely rude, it was my first time trying Tim Hortons and was confused on the menu and she had to let the world know she was having a bad day. Horrible service

Don’t even bother going here, I ordered Tim bits and they didn’t even have enough to give me and they didn’t tell till AFTER I had payed and they made me wait longer than needed on a drive thru, all I ordered was 20… takes like 20 seconds to count and check if you have enough. GO ELSEWHERE

This location is going downhill too. They might as well shut down all the Tim Hortons. I got a chai latte with a hot chocolate when I come to the window. I ask if perhaps maybe they could make it vanilla instead The worker said no it’s too late with an attitude then told me I would have to go around and get back in line with six cars behind me so I said whatever I’ll just pay then I only have two drinks and they told me to pull to the front and I just said no since it’s already too late and I already have my hot chocolate why not just wait an extra 30 seconds for the chai latte to give me half full cup of chai latte and it was entirely too strong then I go to taste my sons, hot chocolate it’s water down to where you can’t even taste hot chocolate at all can’t even taste the milk like it’s just water and a little bit of cocoa powder. You can hear the manager trying to get his line to go faster so he can make a certain time but it’s just like you you were taking peoples money and you’re not giving them adequate service just so whats the reason poor service just so you can make time, but I will be reaching out for a refund or accommodation for this issue . Customer service no longer exists n

Absolutely horrible establishment. When we walked in the staff was yelling at a customer who was just trying to have their incorrect order resolved which he had a receipt for. Once we were finally able to order the man beside the area was unfriendly and unknowable about the menu when I ordered a breakfast wrap. Once I left, I noticed my breakfast wrap was made with sausage and not bacon which was strictly noted on the receipt. There was no way I was going back in there to have it fixed considering they screamed at the man who was trying to do the same thing. Do not go here.
