Im going to edit because i cant add new one… i tried this store out again a and it was even worse , ghetto is the best word for this store. Cant even make sense of a dang burrito!!! Bunch of ghetto fools in there. Every time i go there they dont have any food that i want or they dont have a grill or dont have hash browns… i can never get something to eat and i find it crazy i went there the past 3 days and ordered something different and they had nothing or just didnt wanna do hot food. Ill now just go to canal tho, they are always good

Went in today and the hours said they were still opened. Tried to open the door and it was locked. There was an employee inside, playing on her phone. She wouldn't let us in despite the store still being open, just shook her head after making eye contact and went back to playing on her phone

Always get coffee, donut and bagel. Lately, they've cut back on cream cheese. I kept going thinking it was just a fluke. Today was my last visit, I give up. They reduced the amount of cream cheese so much, half the bagel is plain. They also stopped carrying my favorite donuts. Not worth going anymore.

The management at this establishment has no clue what he is doing! He allows for Highschool he said/she said drama to occur in the workplace. I understand that a lot of highschool students may work In this kind of industry however the workplace is still the workplace and if individuals cannot be mature they shouldn't be employed. This is coming from a person of management and a cust standpoint!

Donuts were the only fresh and decent items we received. Hot cocoa was watered down and cool, mocha cap had no mocha swirl in it appeared watered slush and the large hot coffee I ordered was COLD. Place was absolutely disgusting with trash everywhere, spilled drinks not cleaned up or staind. Not a very positive review due to poor customer service, cleanliness and drinks.

Went inside store to grab something to eat before going into work , there was at least 5 people working and no one waiting but me, they all just looked at me as I waited to be helped for over 5 minutes without even greeting me. I finally just left without being helped or greeted.I Will not come back and do not Recommend this

The coffee is amazing but the morning shift really kills my mornings 90% of the time I only get a coffee and it is usually made wrong every single time , and there is any other Tim’s near by, it’s disappointing
Our order was at 1:01pm. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It is currently 1:38pm and I am late for the event I was purchasing the hot chocolate for, which is my kids birthday party. Never will be back.
