I always stop by there to grab breakfast got a very nasty attitude from the cashier since my order contain eggs and there was a wait for them which I did not know , as I continued to wait for my order I walked in to see if I can get a refund the older Caucasian lady was very irate stated she just need to walk them out which I already been waiting for awhile ., my order was cold very unprofessional about it .

Went here today to get something quick and easy. Well that was a mistake.. white lady older with a rotund build was quite nasty to me. As someone who works customer service, that was disappointing. I don’t know what her name was but she was awful. Just bc you’re miserable doesn’t mean you take it out on others. Management needs to do something about her or get better people who will be nicer. This was on 12/22/25

Since when is a small spicy chicken combo $9.65???? It was awful, sandwich was small and cold, fries were JUST SALT, SOGGY and COLD! Didn't even offer condiments. I'm SO DONE with fast food. Roughly once a month for me. Wendy's your days are numbered. This location is done for me. Absolutely crap. I'll spend my hard earned money preparing my own food. That $10 will take me a lot further in my own kitchen. Ten meals vs your lousy one! BOO!!!!!!

I am a Wendy’s fan so the food is always good however my last visit was by far the best customer service I have ever had anywhere! Trinity was polite ,patient ( I dropped my wallet) respectful and efficient 😍😍😍😍

They filled my large Frosty only 2/3 of the way up, they forgot all of my sauces for our nuggets and our french fries and even after we asked them to add up to the proper full amount of Frosty, they still only made it up to about 3/4 of the way. Very disappointed in this location of Wendy's.

Came in several hours before close but the dinning room was almost closed down, including the drink station. Was made to feel unwanted asking for everything we needed to eat out food instead of just getting it ourself. It's no wonder they were so slow on a Friday night.

just spend the extra 5 minutes going to obetz bc you will spend 10 minutes pulled off waiting for a 6 pc and only have THE RUDEST employees of all time.
