They take to much to gave the order and also make pull on the side because they can get your order on time
Having to talk to the AI instead of a human in the drive thru is the most irritating experience ever. If you have a different Wendy's nearby go there instead.
The family stopped for frosties....so slow it was painful. Was only one trash can that wasn't full...including the mens room. And it wasn't because they were under staffed.
I don't know what they did but we got chili there a week ago and I usually love Wendy's chili but this tasted really bad, no more visits to this location for me
One of the slower Wendy's I've been to
Bad. Just always so bad.
Great food friendly staff
I don't get to this location very often. Never had any issues. Todays visit started bad but got better at the end. Took quite a while to get my order. But I would like to say Thank You to everyone that stepped up to get my order redone so I didn't have cold food! I won't let 1 bad time ruin other visits. Thank you from the FedEx driver!!!
Dirty Restaurant, Horrible Customer Service. DON'T GO HERE
Just went to Wendy's on groveport Rd. Got two double stacks and a large water. Got a baby water instead. I ask if they had large waters. The cashier rudely said a large cup of water is $3. None of the pop is over $3. I'll take my $$$ and business elsewhere. Lacking in customer service.

I don't eat much fast food, but Wendy's has the best chicken nuggets. That's all I get from here.
I wasn’t feeling really well this past Wednesday (1/29/25), so my boyfriend offered to grab something for dinner on his way home from work. He just so happened to stop into this Wendy’s around 5:20-5:30 pm, mind you the middle of dinner rush. All I wanted was a chili and a plain baked potato, he gets home and we sit down to eat. I opened up my baked potato and was so frustrated and disappointed at the quality of it. You could tell it had been sitting around for quite awhile, it was super crispy, dry, and discolored. I was floored (but not really bc this just seems par for the course these days) that someone would even hand this out the window.
Wendy’s why is the quality of your food not top priority anymore?
I never knew you could mess up a plain bake potato. Brought 3 potatoes, all 3 were old and hard like a brick
AI yelled for my order, did not understand what I wanted and then told me to pull around to the next window where the employee said nothing except how much money she wanted. Never said anything else. When I asked for ketchup she glared at me and then handing me a handful. Ever saying any kind words. Terrible “service” if you can call it that.
Terrible customer service, food was cod
