I am a Wendy’s fan so the food is always good however my last visit was by far the best customer service I have ever had anywhere! Trinity was polite ,patient ( I dropped my wallet) respectful and efficient 😍😍😍😍

They filled my large Frosty only 2/3 of the way up, they forgot all of my sauces for our nuggets and our french fries and even after we asked them to add up to the proper full amount of Frosty, they still only made it up to about 3/4 of the way. Very disappointed in this location of Wendy's.

Came in several hours before close but the dinning room was almost closed down, including the drink station. Was made to feel unwanted asking for everything we needed to eat out food instead of just getting it ourself. It's no wonder they were so slow on a Friday night.

just spend the extra 5 minutes going to obetz bc you will spend 10 minutes pulled off waiting for a 6 pc and only have THE RUDEST employees of all time.

I went through the drive-through. I had pre-ordered through the app. There is an automated smart screen that takes your order. The mic is clear, and the system is very comprehensive. In my previous experience, it was very good at deciphering what is said, including menu retraction or adjustments. I told it I ordered online and was immediately connected to a person. I asked for no ice in my drink. Generally, I get everything as ordered. However, this time, there was ice in my drink. It's not that big of a deal. Overall, I rarely have an issue at this location. Staff are proficient and kind.

Great for trucker pass thrú. It has a unique amount of space to park for a few in the rear. You ALREDy know what you're choosing; it's ONLY a matter of if they prepare it fresh and present it well and they did 🤷🏾‍♂️

Having to talk to the AI instead of a human in the drive thru is the most irritating experience ever. If you have a different Wendy's nearby go there instead.

The family stopped for frosties....so slow it was painful. Was only one trash can that wasn't full...including the mens room. And it wasn't because they were under staffed.

I don't know what they did but we got chili there a week ago and I usually love Wendy's chili but this tasted really bad, no more visits to this location for me
