Been going here for years and every time, with the multiple different sandwiches I've had always come out great and hot; good price for the quality and amount of food you get. Wish they where open for dinner, so I could get a sandwich on my way back home:)

Usually love this place coming throughout the weekday, went on Saturday and it was a different experience. Rude employee who I watched take orders, exchange money, touch face and go right back to making food all with the same gloves. This place is usually great and I hate to give this review, only giving it for the ownership to do the appropriate training on cross - contamination protocol for food handling.

The food was less than impressive but it's an okay place to stop in for lunch. They have no soup on the weekend...werid. Bottom line, it was okay nothing special. I thought their hot chocolate tasted weird. I probably would try some other places around town before I came back.

I love Alexander’s food, atmosphere and service. They are on their “A” game and the salad bar is always my favorite. We order catering from them a lot at my work, and they’re always very friendly, professional and prepared when it comes to ctaritng orders. They have a lot of great items I often take home for my boyfriend (ex. Pasta salad, potato salad, desserts) also. Great job team!

I pre-ordered for a group stopping in at lunch during a walking tour, and all of the food was ready on time and was delicious! They even set aside tables for our group so that we would have enough seating and be able to sit together. Thank you!

Our group visited on a normal Thursday at 2pm at which time we were very rudely informed, while attempting to place an order, that many menu items were not available because they were closing. We felt terrible walking in at closing time. We were still able to order some food items. While we were waiting, we looked up their hours online. Both their website and Google said it was open until 4:30pm. What?! We were all so confused. Got our food, it was meh. Nobody really loved it, but nobody hated it. The whole time we were eating our food, new customers continued to come in and make purchases. Closing? We were just really confused. We left there feeling like we were an inconvenience but still confused as to how or why?
