Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waitress took our order for 2 adults and 3 kids....never wrote it down. Forgot a drink 3 time we reminded her every time she come back to the table. Burger was under cooked come on McDonald's I expect this kind of quality. Brings us onion rings when we ordered cheese sticks. Waiting for the check for 20 min as she informed us the manager was making changes to the bill to remove the onion rings we didn't order. Then a random employee not the manager or our waitress comes over with the check and say he was told to bring this to us ???? Absolutely terrible stay away save your money this place just needs to close the doors for good.

Really should be 0 stars. Yes we were greeted and seated but our waitress was horrible and it took over an hour to get our food. Really the food wasn't bad for the wait but the waitress was the main issue. She was so rude and acted like she was being forced to wait on people. This location has went downhill and sucks. Needs a major overhaul and in my opinion new staff.

Stood at door for 10 plus minutes and was never greeted by a hostess or waiter

Where do I begin..... walked in the door at 848pm. We were never greeted or acknowledged. We sat at the bar for a good 6 min and was still never greeted but was told by a customer that the bar is closed. There is a sign on the door saying the bar will close at 10pm and restaurant will close at 11pm. There was a server behind me at the POS on her phone and never acknowledged us either. I asked her if we'd have better service sitting at a table and she said ya. After we sat ourselves at a table, it took another 5 min to be greeted. I now see the bartender behind the bar and I asked why we didn't get service when we sat there. He said "I'm off the clock" I then fire back asking if he's off the clock then why are you behind a bar? He couldn't give me an excuse! I then confront the server about the whole bar issue and tells me that the bartender called off tonight and the one that just left has been here since 10am. Ok? She then says that the manager is cooking food in the kitchen and also running the bar. I asked how he can be in 2 places at once by making food AND working the bar? This place has gone downhill tremendously. The service, food, atmosphere and overall experience is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Don't come here and waste your money

Took my wife for dinner and almost feel bad. We ordered our food at 5:40 and it didn't come out until 6:48 AFTER we had to ask a server about it. They said they were short staffed which we understand but my wife's mashes potatoes looked old, her Mt dew was flat and my waffle fries were hard. The chicken wasnt very good either. I had to go up to the bar to get my own beer. I decided to have a beer while waiting on dinner because we didn't plan on waiting for an hour but I'm not a drinker and I was 3 beers in and the food was still gross. This place needs a serious overhaul .

Bartender couldn't make a margarita to save her life and took 20 minutes to make one drink. Food was disgusting to say the least. The mashed potatoes looked like they were days old. Women's restroom was so dirty my daughter refused to use it. Waitress hardly came around. Never again will we visit this Applebee's.

The food was GARBAGE!! I did a carryout and the steak was off color and looked like it came from a fake cow, well overcooked. We paid almost $70 for small appetizer containers of food not even worth $40. Was supposed to have it brought to car but they wouldn’t answer the phone. I went inside and the phone kept ringing and they ignored it. Took forever to get someone to help me. Should have went to Texas Roadhouse for that price. GROSS

The bartender tried to pretend to make me a drink rather then open a new bottle and played it off until she got called out for it so watch your drinks. Make sure you get what you pay for. The rest of the staff was amazing

Party of 4, we were there around 445pm on a Tuesday 11/19/2024. No wait to be seated. We observed only 2 servers, one of which was also the bartender. As it became busier I felt bad for these 2 ladies doing their best to seat waiting customers, taking orders,delivering, checking back often. I don't know how many were in the kitchen but they did a great job of getting FRESHLY cooked orders for inside customers as well as waiting to go orders in a timely manner.
The special burger, fries and drink for 9.99 was well worth it.

To management...the staff on this particular night were amazing! If they're going to work short staffed GIVE THEM A BONUS
