Took the family out to eat and spent over $60. The money spent was NOT WORTH THE SERVICE we got. First things first, FOOD TOOK TOO LONG!! Thank goodness i decided to order the kids food before. Everything was delivered by other servers and after it was dropped off we wasn’t even checked on. Our kids burger didn’t even look like a patty- the meat looked like it was smashed on there from other burgers meats or something. We had to ask the host for stuff because we wasn’t getting checked on. Had to ask for our own refills. Asked for Togo boxes only got 2/4 people. We asked for Togo drinks & we got brought the wrong one & even when we got kids milk - we wasn’t asked if we wanted water or more or anything. Food was okay for the adult meals but we had to wait over 30-45 minutes on it and we lost our appetite and food basically was not even worth it. Honestly never really got service from here like this before, but I guess they was short staff because our sever was at the bar most of the time. Honestly, just would like more HOSPITALITY!!! Friendly staff that don’t mean mug you or keep it scripted like a movie. VERY DISAPPOINTED, used to love coming here.

Not the type of person to wanna complain but Ol lady wanted to take me out to dinner Took order wanted a hr come to find out lady didn’t put order even in then comes back with food gave food to ol lady. Wasn’t what she ordered. I didn’t receive anything ended up saying something didn’t wanna make it a big deal she apologized. Then said she found out right ticket. Brought her food out to her and then still ended up bringing me the wrong food after an hr and half I just told the ol lady let’s go didn’t even wanna waste anymore time waiting for the right food very unfortunate cause was looking forward to the food the worst part is I feel bad that my ol lady wasted her money on food that wasn’t even touched

Went in on 9/28/25 and should’ve known it wasn’t great with no one in there on football Sunday but no worries. I ordered a 6oz sirloin and asked for well done and get a one that is still mooing. Brought it to the waitress’s attention and she was like oh well we can make you another one but it will be a little while. Like come on, act like you care some. Wouldn’t recommend this location to others just for how she acted and the GM acted as if she didn’t care either.

We were seated with no silverware, manager took our order and 10 minutes later a server came to take again. Waited about 20 minutes for a salad, had no croutons, waited an additional 45 minutes for 2 kids meals and an appetizer, which we never did get. I politely canceled our order, manager was apologetic. Not sure what the situation was but there was definetly an issue, whether staffing or otherwise. Was the worst dining experience I've ever had.

Don’t bother placing a carside order, when you get there no one will ever come outside. If you call, they won’t answer. Went inside after sitting outside for fifteen minutes and the host didn’t event greet me, just said “what do you need”. Terrible service and the inside has an odd odor.

Sweet tea was overly sweet sugar water. No tea. And barely any ice. I ordered a burger with lettuce cheese extra pickle and fries. Got 1 small pickle, no lettuce and it had onions. And it was so salty, I couldn' t eat it. The fries were too salty too. My husband's boneless wings were tyson frozen chicken nuggets covered with red hot sauce. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. The server/ hostess was nice and did a good job. She was by herself so....

Was seated by an unfriendly man. Put us in a round booth table when we had 6 adults and a baby and one child. Did not tell us our servers name or did not offer to get our drinks for the server. We waited about 15 minutes for our server to come to the table to get our drink order then waited another 15 minutes for her to bring our drinks to the table mind you it was just simple drink water diets and Mt. Dews and one bar drink. Then waited about 20 minutes for her to come back and take our food order, and once we gave our food order we waited about 45 minutes for our food. Fries were cold burger was over done(burnt) and was just a blah place to be, it was not busy so I'm not sure why we had to wait for so long. I miss when this place was always busy and the staff was all smiles and friendly.
