I was just at the restaurant and there was 8 small tables and the told us there was a 20 min waiting list and there is no people in the restaurant this is redichos!!!!!!

The food was actually really good surprisingly & my server was absolutely amazing.......only downside was that they were out of a long list of foods from mashed potatoes to ice cream to burgers & it was burger night!! That & my significant other only got literally 2 pieces of broccoli with his meal!!!

Walked in and walked right back out after 5 minutes. I wanted to sit at the bar and it was full. They were very short staffed and were not sitting people at the bar tables. I would have sat there if so. They had one server and one bartender working. Some were waiting as long as 40 minutes to be seated. I am a huge fan of Applebee's but I would not recommend this location. Terrible. 1 ✨ and would have given no stars if I could.

The food was ok at the best computers were down so you couldn't get the deal they had for some reason . Took forever to get our food order then the pop was carbonated water had to get two different types before getting one that tasted kinda ok the food was dried out bad . The wait staff was kind and did a good job with everything going on. You also had to pay cash. Just ok

Their service was horrible and they weren’t even busy. My husband ordered a well done steak and it was literally dripping blood! This happens every time we order steak from here over the last several years. Which is exactly why I stopped ordering it. They could only take cash, they were out of milk and starry. After this experience we won’t be back. Applebees just isn’t what it used to be. They need to close down it’s really a thing of the past.
Salad wasn't cold, the lettuce at the bottom was wilted and brown. The bowl was warm. Rice was cool. No refills on drinks, not one single dish was removed from our table. Definitely not worth $98 I am having buyers remorse, and I wish I would have brought this to the managers attention at the moment. The men's restroom was disgusting. Smelled horrible like stale urine with the floor being wet.

Date night pass was a scam!Website was not responsive for several minutes starting at noon and made it impossible to buy the date night pass unless you already knew of the Shopify site URL.I have screenshot of access attempts for several minutes of attempts. Mostly with 500 level error codes or pages from CDN showing my connection, and CloudFlare was up, but Applebees was unresponsive.As soon as site came back up, the buy button redirected to a different site where the passes were shown as sold out with a link instead to sign up for their club. Very scammy.This was an unfair and deceptive practice to advertise something that would have no realistic possibility at being obtained when you have site down and have immediate sold out on return. What a rude way to treat customers that have been going often here.
