I love Arby's Beef 'n Cheddar sandwiches and when they have the deals. However, on Jan. 6 and tonight, Feb. 11th, 2020, going through drive thru, my Arby's Gift Card for order wouldn't go through. I used it just fine in Dec. 2019. I went to the store to see the Day manager on 1/7 and all registers, including drive thru, showed my balance. Tomorrow, I will be going in again for this!
