This locations service is horrible. Over the last few weeks everytime I have been there I've had issues... from inconsistent pricing depending on how employees ring in items to having to correct them at the window before payment. To now not receiving items paid for. As someone who eats at this location quite regularly 1-2 times a week. I will no longer be spending my money here.

Rude staff messed up the order and I had to walk back to the drive thru where a staff member looked at me & yelled for someone else while I almost got ran over while they treated me like I was trying to rip them off for 1 sandwich after just spending $30! Never again!

Sometimes the food is super sloppy. Never ever looks like the great sandwich in the pictures. You can even SEE the meat on most sandwiches.
Ask for a super and when I got my order it was just a plain roast beef sandwich I don't think the guy at the register knew what he was doing so I just ate it and went on about my day

Went thru the drive thru mind you I have visit this location often I called and spoke with a GM name Ashley with a concern that I have due to being served raw meat when I tell u it was…. super pink I was not trying to get my order replaced just giving them a warning to let them know that something was not right Ashley was more defensive then concern and very disrespectful so I had to tell her how I felt FYI IF YOU GO THERE CHECK YOUR MEAT BECAUSE APPARENTLY THIS IS HOW THEY SERVE IT TO US

$20 for a small fry small jalapeño popper and chicken tenders is outrageous. On top of that the chicken was dried out and the sides were cold to the touch. The girl working the window was very polite but receiving food that makes my stomach turn makes me not want to return. Hamilton food places have gone so downhill
