They served us food but no napkins we had to ask a few times to even get some and the staff seemed like they really didn't want to be there but the food was absolutely amazing and the cold brew is 🔥 I could have ate an entire loaf of that french toast lol and considering me and the Mr were looking for a last minute date night dinner on Saturday night I was thankful to get sat right away and fresh delicious food so all and all 4 stars and I would go back

We love eating at Bob Evans, especially when Josie is our server. The cooks are great and the management seems to be doing a lot better. Josie is super friendly and always greets us with a smile. She remembers our favorite orders and makes sure everything is perfect. Her great service and cheerful attitude make our visits fun. It's clear Josie cares about her customers, and we really appreciate it. We look forward to being her regulars for a long time!

They charged me food and I never received it. Everything was wrong. Called them tge manager said he would send a gift card to replace it. Almost a month later it still didn't happen. Called again another manager said they took care od it. We will see.

This place is too inconsistent. Sometimes the food is great but service is terrible. And the opposite, service is great but food is terrible. BE has become pricey as well.

If Bob Evans could figure out a way to do drive-thru they would be ten times more popular than they are. Frisch's figured it out, Bob. Why can't you? But then again, Frisch's is going out of business whereas you aren't. Nevermind.
Everything is good, but the biscuits and gravy are top shelf.

The food was delicious! The chicken sausages were moist and the chef made my omelette just like I asked. They also had two "mimosa" listed on the menu (mine was pomegranate and apple juice, no alcohol - it was really good!). They also serve a standard mimosa. The waitress seemed overworked and forgot to bring coffee twice. She tried to make up for it by offering coffee in a to go cup. It was very busy and she had several tables.
I came in with some of my friends and right away we stood by the host area and were just stared at for about 5 minutes until someone came over and let us know someone would be with us soon. When our server came over she was nice at first until our food came she did not return to our table until it was to ask us about our check when we all needed something for our food. Being someone who has worked in the restaurant industry I understand being busy and and getting caught up however our booth was right by the kitchen and I could clearly see our server along with others standing there talking and when she asked about our check we let her know what we needed she proceeded to walk over to the kitchen to the other servers whispering and they all looked over to our booth. Then when it came time for us to pay she said very loudly “can someone else please cash them out I do not want to” so someone came over and cashed us out. Then The server cashing us out needed help so there are now three people trying to cash us out and once they did and we walked away they all were laughing and continuing to say things. Not to mention the establishment was extremely dirty. Every other table was dirty and again all the staff was standing in the back just chatting it up nobody was attending to there tables. In fact the booth next to us was also talking about the terrible service from there server. The food itself was pretty good but I can probably guarantee anyone that was in there today getting the service we all were will not be back. This was my first time there and I’m really bummed that it sucks and ruined Bob Evans for me.
