Boneless wings were very dark, hard and crunchy. They were not busy and we still waited a long time for food. They forgot the potato wedges. I had to send my wings back, They were cold and hard. By the time I got my food, everyone else had already ate. The potato wedges were very small. Poor service, food quality sucked. Buffalo wild wings used to be good.

Ordered online. Big lunch order for a bunch of people. They forgot about 20% of the order. Food was lukewarm before we even got it to the car. Called about the missing chunk of order & they wanted to just “put a credit” on our name, that couldn’t be used with online orders. Ended up getting a refund to the card.
Probably won’t gamble on this location again though.
It was the best one that I have visited. Clean, spacious, great staff and most importantly great food!

For how much it costs, how incredibly noisy it is, and how long we had to wait for our food there are a dozen other places I prefer. We did arrive after a rush, and it's possible this location may have been short staffed. That likely also contributed to a long wait to eat. The food was made fresh and was okay.
