Arrived around 7:30pm on a Saturday night. No wait and the place was about 60% filled.
Asked hostess if a booth was available by chance because of our small children. Was told no. While we waited, the host evidently changed his mind and seated us at a booth.
We preceded to wait for 15 minutes with no server approaching our table (saw several walking by our table not making any eye contact). While we sat and waited, I saw multiple tables seated and servers helping them. We finally grew tired and left. Hostess said nothing to me and my son as we walked out. He did ask my wife if we were leaving which she told him we were as no one was helping us. We went to Chick Fila instead and got excellent service as usual.
We thought we would try this location for a change. Big mistake. Will stick to Roosters which has far superior food and service anyways.

Was given a credit and went back. Had a good experience. GM came and spoke with us and explained the situation.

Madio was our server and he was horrible. Ignored us the entire night and proceeded to walk by on his phone rather than serve us. Watched him walk around and do nothing pretty much the entire night. Asked us if we wanted more food than legit just walked away right after asking. Can’t even make this shit up -1/5 stars. Also said his kid was in the hospital and had to leave than proceeded to sit in the back unbothered moping the floor. Also got charged extra for things we didn’t even know about. I want to point out it was only this guy. After we changed servers we had another girl and she was really good.

We ate at the Bridgewater Ohio store and the service was exceptional and the food came out hot and perfect. The place is great for a family outing or sport fans. We will be back,

The wings are SO hit or miss here. If you come here during their downtime, you're more likely to get fresh wings. If you come when they expect to be busy, you're going to receive the tiniest dryest wings you've ever had. Their only saving grace are the sauces, which continue to be fire.
This location has also remodeled lately and opened up the space by removing walls and barriers in the middle of the restaurant. There is now no barrier to block the sound between the two halves of the restaurant. As a result, the entire building is now LOUDER than it ever was. It sucks.
I can't say much about other Bdubs, but this one has gone downhill. We used to frequent this place when watching football but the quality of food and service has driven us away. Go to Roosters, Wings & Rings, or Bargos instead.

Took my daughter there for lunch and it was not good. My wings were gummy and room temperature. One of them was literally the size of my pinky? And I could be wrong but looked like bugs in the salt shaker. Tried this location a few times and its never good. Won't be back

The food was great their fries are the best in the world they have a perfect seasoning of salt and pepper. Emily was our waitress and she was the best and everyone was so nice. The atmosphere was the best you could feel the love put into the design of the place. So basically the best place to eat at 5 stars for atmosphere, food, and service,

My son ordered boneless wings and fries... so they charged him everything separately instead of the $11 combo as advertised. Then for his birthday asked what type of cake... oh Chocolate we got you. Never brought it out to him. No cake for his birthday and charged me $10 more for our meal. Do not recommend. Poor service to someone on their birthday.

Tried the Blt sandwich for the first time. Burnt bacon on it. Very disappointed when main ingredient is the BACON!! On a better note... Service was awesome. Our Server was busy handling a few tables yet made sure not to forget about us. Sorry I didn't remember her name.

Melissa from bridgewater falls was amazing over the phone! I placed a DoorDash order and couldn’t specify sauce on side and she was able to help me and keep me on hold while she notified the kitchen, I really appreciated the urgency to help me and not seem annoyed!! Need more Togo workers like her!

We phone ordered for fight night. As the website was acting crazy. When I arrived the food was ready, but their were some small inconsistencies. I ordered well done with extra sauce. The wings were cooked to my liking, but there was not enough sauce on them. The person helping me gave me extra sauce which made up for that. Everyone was nice and helpful.
