Went today placed 2 orders called 1 in and placed another order onlineWhen I got home was missing 6 of my bygo order called spoke to supervisor Chip informed him of this and he went back and forth with me on that I didn’t order the bygo. When I tried to tell him that I did again he got very rude and argumentative and hung up on me but, before he hung up since he didn’t want to re resolve the problem, that I was on my way to bring it all back! Almost $40 worth of foodHe would rather do that than give me the offer that I paid forThis horrible customer serviceThis is what is advertised online and in the store! SMH!

I went to get the free wings for the Superbowl going into overtime and they were delicious! I go to this location all the time and the food is always fresh!

Food and service was terrible. Our food came out one person at a time in 20 minute intervals and was cold. Fries were old and hard tasting they took my food and brought it back and was the same fries on there. Wife's wings witch came out 50 minutes after ordering were ice cold. Herd a table next to us complain to the manager and he was rude to them and had a attitude so we didn't even bother. Don't was your time st this location. Go to one of the many other restaurants in the area the food and service will be better
