I was having a terrible day. I had just been broken up with, and my car was not starting in the parking lot!!! But, thankfully, Mark B. knew exactly what to do! He came out to my car, personally wiped my tears away, then opened my car’s hood and solved the issue in just a couple minutes! I tried to tip him, but he said the smile on my face was plenty of payment! He asked why I was crying before, I told him about my breakup and he then set me up with the man of my dreams (and my current husband). Mark is truly a hero and restored my faith in humanity.

My order was fine, but I also ordered a cow plush that I didn't receive with my order. I tried to go to the app for help since that's how I ordered, but it tells me I have to go through the restaurant to make this right. That's a clunky, irritating system. If I ordered on the app, I should be able to find solutions on the app. So, rather than deal with the headache, I'll just leave this review to warn others and I hope chick fil a makes good use of my $9.99. They clearly need it more than I do.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the employee, Mark?!! He is the most kind, caring, happy, hardworking person at this Chick-fil-A. He knows all my friend’s names because they go all the time and he’ll shout their names when we walk in. If you’re helped by MARK you are a very blessed individual.

Food was extremely overcooked and very dark… chewy and smelled like very old oil… this location is always the worst of the ones I go to.
There was slim pickings for seating, feel like they could get rid of play area to add seating. Ordered our food online, put in our table number and they brought it right to us. Food was hot and as ordered.
