An average U.S. chain restaurant with a lively atmosphere. The waitress was attentive and efficient—neither particularly friendly nor rude. I ordered the bacon quesadillas, but they arrived with chicken instead, and unfortunately, they weren’t very flavorful.
The restaurant is quite noisy, which might not be ideal if you’re looking for a quiet meal. However, they do offer a good variety of options on the menu, so it’s still worth considering

This is the second time we’ve had Chili’s mess up the order. We’re paying for the delivery service and would appreciate quality control. Tonight, we ordered chicken tender combo meal with a salad and fries. They shorted us the salad. Why is this so hard?? I bet you they don’t treat their in person patrons with such a lack of consideration. Annoying because we like their food. If it actually gets to us.

We enjoy dining at Chili's, always great food! Sometimes the servers arent always as good as previous visits. Its hit or miss depending on who serves you. But the bacon ranch casadias with their homemade ranch is my favorite!!! The lights are usually dim, and lots of chatter so it is a lively atmosphere with awesome music l. We always feel welcomed at this specific location!

This post is for this location only! On Saturday 02/01/2025 we arrived at around 2:45 pm. After entering the establishment we were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. We told the host that would not be a problem gave our name and number, she said she would text when our table was ready. After about 45 minutes we went back in to see what was going on to realize she forgot about us. She was scrambling around to try and get us into a table like it was our fault. One server came to get our drink order. She was nice and told us our server would be around to take our order. When our server came she was RUDE. Her words umm are you ready to order now or what, she will bring your drinks out when they are done. We promptly ordered. She expressed it will be out when it’s done. Our drinks arrived one was completely wrong. We did ask about it being wrong and she said they could not make it correctly due to not having the correct ingredients. We would have like to know that before it was made because we would have gotten something else. We kept the drink brushing it off to not a big deal. But she also did not care enough to ask if it was ok or anything but just walking away not wanting to be bothered with us. Once our food came at first everything looked fine. But after we started eating it was not ok!!! Pick 3 ribs, chicken and sausage platter. The ribs tasted old hard and dry. The chicken strips were literally stuck together in a battered ball and not fully cooked. The sausage also did not taste right like something was off. Our second meal was pick three trio. The mozzarella sticks were the only thing good. The big mouth slider were inedible. The buns were hard and BURNT and the meat had a very odd taste. The chicken for this order was also undercooked with a very weird texture. We have ate at other chiles and never had any issues. There is definitely a problem with this location and the server we had. She was extremely unfriendly with us. When we asked for our second drink it was like it was a problem. After dropping off our drinks she told us we could pay at the table making us feel as she wanted us to leave. Would NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS LOCATION.

In the middle with the food, it's not the worst I've had, nor it's the best I have ever had! I usually give second chances, hopefully it is better next time! I will say the shrimp 🍤 fajitas was the best thing I did have out of the trio and the tea is also good!
