Food was good. I had Chicken fajitas. A bit dry, chicken was tender, but dry fajita due to dried up cheese inside. Instead of Ranch dressing which was stated on menu, came with sour cream , a small bit of shredded lettuce and a smaller bit of pico De Gallo. Service was great! We had 6 at our table. Faciliy was clean and welcoming.

3 for Me is a good deal. We ordered chicken crispers and they ARE NOT like the old ones. Batter is completely different. Good...but not the fluffy batter they used to have. We even asked for the "original". Again, still good for for the money.

I had a bad experience at another chili’s recently but I thought I’d give this one a try. I ordered the 32 wing party platter. It was disappointing. It was supposed to be half and half with 2 sauces. I asked the girl when she brought it out because they all looked the same. She said they weren’t but they were all the same. Chicken crispers were cold. Ordered a quesadilla and got a fajita. Just really poor customer service. I’m done with chilies. They are off my list of acceptable restaurants.

This is one of my go to places. The chips and salsa is A-MAZING. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is it's inconsistent. Sometimes the food is awesome. Sometimes it's not. A salad I order sometimes has guacamole on it and sometimes they leave it off and I have to ask for it. The service is also inconsistent. Sometimes our server is just awesome and sometimes they have an attitude and sometimes they ignore us and we wait forever (which is a real issue when I've ordered a bottomless soup and salad for lunch ?.) I will say that I feel like they've improved quite a bit this past year or so, so I keep visiting.
