Terrible service at this location. Management is unprofessional. Walked in on Halloween and received a burrito that looked like a baseball literally. And when I spoke to the manager about it he acted like I was the problem rather than helping me. Contacted corporate after this situation because of how I was treated. I will attach a photo of how my burrito looked like. Literally the shape of a baseball.

Undercooked, hard rice...cold, tasteless cardboard steak...inedible overpriced ($16 bowl extra steak) garbage...one person on line, another person(manager maybe) hanging out on phone, talking with her friend...don't mind paying $16 but food has to be at least edible...protein and rice so cold think might get sick...waste of time and money don't bother not worth it

I arrived at 11:05 am for a early lunch, this young kid that made our order had absolutely no clue on what the hell he was doing as the rest of his coworkers just sat on their hands not helping him out at all. I had ordered (4) burritos which he managed to screw (2) of them up, AND when it came down to the sour cream there was little to nothing in its container and he informed me that the store was completely out of sour cream. All the portions were small even the double steak, these people who they have working there are acting as if they are taking food out of the mouths of their own children rather than give you what you are paying for. The food is nowhere as good as it was in the past, prices for what you get are not worth it to say the least. For as many yrs we have been eating Chipotle but our time has come to say our final farewell, WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN, GOOD RIDDANCE….!!…!!!….!!!

I used the app to order my lunch, it was done and waiting for me on the shelf, even though I was a couple of minutes early. I used the restroom before I grabbed my food and it was clean fully stocked. The soda station was also clean and stocked. And then there is the burrito, very well made and made as if I was there in line. I swear the burritos are smaller when you don't stand in line but not this one, it was delicious, and huge. Thank you Chipotle!

Not very happy with this chipotle. I have been to a couple different locations and this by far was not good. The staff were kind but false advertisement. On top of things the manager threatened to fire the employee in front of me. Was charged 26 dollars for 2 kids quesadillas that is advertised for 5 dollars each! Talk about a rip off!
I typically have no issues with portions when i go in and order. Only thing is my rice is always either overdone or underdone, and needs to be way more citrusy/salty. It’s pretty bland at this location (at least, it is whenever i go.)
