If I could I would have scored a zero. Never got a greeting even though 2 employees were standing at the line where you start your order, they were too busy making the managers meal, then when they finally acknowledged our presence, I asked for their new high protein burrito and I was met with blank stares because it was just “adding double protein to any bowl or burrito” they acted like they had no idea how to make what they are advertising. Overall this whole experience was worse than trash. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again unless they get a whole new staff

The manager on duty (a very nice short man) went above & beyond helping my son retrieve a toy that he had dropped & it slid under the drink station. He got it out & washed it for him. Thank you for helping my boy

Chipotle Mexican Grill was busy as expected on a Saturday 1/10/2026 evening. They were very short staffed and the front line black gentleman was somehow performing the jobs of the order taking for done in line, hot foods line, cold line, and the cash register. His professionalism and positive attitude was remarkable. If he is interested, he would be an outstanding manager.

very messy, i bet it was like this all day. the food prep counters were awful, look like they never been wiped clean. floors needed swept badly and the trash was very full. Quesadilla maker was broken too.

Delivery in DoorDash they take hour maybe 2 hours to make 1 order I tell the employees I been waiting for 35 minutes they just laugh 😆 and talking if there is option for zero star I’ll happily give them 0 😡😠

Wish I could give this restaurant a negative star every time I order from here. There's always an issue with the food whether they barely put any food into the bowl rice is always undercooked the chicken's undercooked half the time. When you go to the pickup window, they stare at you for 5 minutes before they'll come and help you? Why they all sit over there in a group and talk.

Whoever orders the supply for this store should be fired this location is constantly out of something 4+ hours before close. Just today no lettuce, no guac, no queso, no shredded cheese. Few weeks ago it was no brown rice, and no vinaigrette.
An employee today in the back was heard very loudly yelling and cussing about improper staffing, which i understand but unprofessional. Dont know why i keep coming back lol.

Smallest burrito i have ever received and its a $19 burrito. Supposed to have extra ingredients that i paid $7 for and the burrito fits in the palm of my hand its a bit ridiculous. This location always has an issue either the food is way overcooked or you get very small portions. 2.8 stars is well deserved. BE AWARE YOUR $ GETS YOU NOWHERE.
How you out of steak at 1:30pm lol. I promise you they’re out of something every time. Go to the chipotle on the east side. This one is terrible.

Drove 25 minutes to pick up my chipotle and when I got home my order was wrong. Drove back to get it fixed, drove home, opened my bowls again and they were still wrong. By far the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had
