Literally never have anything towards the end of dinner time. They will almost always be out of something that you want. Absolutely horrible chipolte, all it takes is prepping more food but they clearly don’t care enough about their job or the customer enough to do so.

This store is ALWAYS out of atleast three items well before they’re supposed to close. How is that? And they don’t tell you they are out of anything until your their pick up your order placed online. So they can’t refund it only make you something else or if you don’t like anything besides what you ordered your just SOL. But the staff is nice so there’s that.

I went to order food and as soon as I walked in there were no customers and I was told that there was no corn or steak. I said ok and then they proceeded to talk and not take my order. I walked out. Terrible customer service

This place is literally always out of 4-5 ingredients. They never have vinaigrette or chips as well. If you want hot sauce you have to ask for it at the desk, they never have it sitting out. And when they do give you hot sauce they hand you 2-3 bottles and expect you to restock for them. This is 100% the worst chipotle in the Cincinnati/Hamilton area. Don’t bother going here, drive the extra 15 minutes to Bridgewater Falls

I am visiting area for a wedding of a family member, so I live three hours away and I am not familiar with the restaurants in Hamilton. I really wish I would have looked at the reviews for this location prior to ordering and saved myself the hassle. There was no point in placing an order ahead of time, because it was not done when projected. While I waited inside, I watched the line of cars in the drive through and at the counter quickly received their orders. However, my daughter’s kids’ meal substituted white milk for the chocolate that I ordered, and the staff did not bring this up to me. I had ordered a Berry Agua Fresca, but the containers in the dining room did not look properly cleaned and so when the rest of my order was ready, I didn’t remind the staff for a cup because I had not interest in drinking that based on what I could see. I will not be returning to this location. I understand business on a Friday night, but this location does not seemed to be managed properly for several reasons.

Horrible experience. Ordered online and was told to pick up in 20 minutes. Arrived in 20 minutes and had to wait another 20 minutes to get food. Food was not fresh. They were out of several items but didn't know until I picked it up. When I walked in a guy was yelling that they were out of steak and wouldn't have it for 15 minutes. But when I left 20 minutes later they were still yelling that they wouldn't have steak for 15 minutes 🤔

I called and talked to the GM, Christy about missing items from our order and she became very rude towards me, interrupting me everytime I tried to speak. Then she told me I needed to stop talking so she could talk. I was told that since my husband ordered from inside, it’s not their problem. I explained how my husband wasn’t familiar with how certain menu items are supposed come. Example, he ordered a kids meal, and he wasn’t aware that it came on a tray and with drink and chips. They gave him an adult order of tacos. No kids chips or drink. We were missing guacamole on the side as well, in which we were charged for! Christy, again told me bc I didn’t bring the order back in to show them, she won’t do anything about it. I told her we lived too far away to bring it back and we didn’t want to waste gas. This restaurant has always been a problem and have left items out of my order. This is my 1st time ever complaining bc I’m tired of it! I think Christy could have handled this situation way better, instead of blaming me. Basically calling me a liar. She’s not a good representation of Chipotle.

Went in today around 12:45pm and I saw them dumping a bowl of rice back into the rice container and a man walking out as I was walking in i ordered two bowls and I water extra white rice and i normally don’t have a problem with getting my extra white rice but today i did they gave me 2 little scoops of white rice that’s not extra and my tortilla on the side normally they warm the tortilla they didn’t it was Cold when I got home and the only thing they had given me extra of was sour cream and the portioned my cheese wtf
