White rice was way undercooked and crunchy. Steak was very gristly and chewy, had a weird dog food taste to it. I feel like it might have been old from the day before. Worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to.

This is now the umpteenth time we have ordered from this location, and not gotten what we ordered. Instead of being offered a refund, they give you a chit on the app for complementary chips. Then, they say “they’re out of chips.” That you PAID FOR. I ordered a salad, with chicken, brown rice, fajitas veggies, half and half pinto and black beans. Tomato salsa, Corn Salsa, and green salsa, sour cream and guacamole. This is what I received after spending $14 for a “salad.” It is chicken, white rice, black beans, lettuce, sour cream and corn salsa. That’s it. Trust, I picked it apart to figure out where my fajita veggies were hidden, the guacamole that cost an extra $2.00; or my tomato’s, and pinto beans and honestly the lettuce since it’s supposed to be a “salad”. On a scale it weighed 0.8 oz excluding the bowl it came in. I’m sorry… for $14? Nasty workers, waiting in line and no refunds? I won’t be back.

Per the copy/paste response, that I’m unable to respond to. No. I won’t reach out for a non/refund. How about you hire completely vetted adults. Not 16 year olds who can’t read English, or 30 year olds addicted to crack. This is Hamilton Ohio, not Miami. You would think an investment this large in such a tiny transient town, would be worthy of ensuring the staff are capable of comprehending instructions and following through, ESPECIALLY considering their wages are far higher than many other restaurants and businesses that surround them. Absolute shameful practices going on here.

If you value your time, never order pick up Lane here. I get Chipotle once a week and I have never seen such incompetent management. It doesn't matter how early you order your food you will wait about 20 to 30 minutes in line. Do yourself a favor, never order pick up Lane. It's beyond infuriating. I have watched repeatedly people drive up to the window and not have someone answer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Edit: 2 months later, same issues. WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT EVER EVER EVER ORDER PICKUP.

So, here we are again. We've been repeatedly trying to give this location another chance regardless of the past experiences. But I guess its time to update.

The staff lately has definitely been a pleasure at the register.

The atmosphere, they're trying. Restaurant isn't as busy as it used to be (probably due to the food which I'll explain next), but they could do a wee bit better job of cleaning the dining area.

Now for the food. Everything that doesn't require heat to make is great! The white rice is basic white rice with no hint of lime, absolutely flavorless. The new honey chicken or any chicken has no seasoning. It's also over cooked. But the real thing that has me upset is thinking by ordering early for pickup was that the toppings would be fresh. The grilled peppers and onions were soggy and full of char bits! This tells me that they were made yesterday on a dirty grill. This location only knows how to warm up peppers and onions not cook them which is why they weren't crunchy like they had just been cut which is there unfortunate normal.

They are definitely trying to fix things, I can tell considering we order from there a lot. Now they need a cook. Everything is bland from the chips to the meat. Again, anything that requires heat is disgusting.

But atleast they are only out of 10% of menu items instead of nearly 70% in the middle of the day so that was good.

This chipotle is straight trash. The few times I barely do come, this place always disappoints. The food here is so bland and tasteless and the employees can be rude. Definitely the last time I’m wasting money at this dump. Go to the one on Erie instead, it’s worth the time

Literally never have anything towards the end of dinner time. They will almost always be out of something that you want. Absolutely horrible chipolte, all it takes is prepping more food but they clearly don’t care enough about their job or the customer enough to do so.

Then ask if online order bar had it and said we was of less importance to be served off of there basically

This store is ALWAYS out of atleast three items well before they’re supposed to close. How is that? And they don’t tell you they are out of anything until your their pick up your order placed online. So they can’t refund it only make you something else or if you don’t like anything besides what you ordered your just SOL. But the staff is nice so there’s that.
