This chipotle is the worst. Every time we go they are always out of something (today was guacamole, last time was steak, the time before lettuce, the time before that chips) There hasn’t been 1 time i’ve been able to get everything I want from this location. Not to mention the staff is always rude & skimps out on the food. They really need to close this location or get new management here.

Below average chipotle experience compared to other stores. The only benefit to this location is the chipotle lane but fair warning if you go that route your portions will likely be shorted. I ordered and paid for double chicken and got a bowl that had exactly 9 chunks of chicken which probably equaled 1 to 1.5oz.

Absolutely the dirtiest restaurant ever. Food all over the line, most dining tables were dirty, floor needs swept. Dried out food on the line...I think it was beans...not quite sure. Out of lettuce. Most drink ours not working. Plenty of workers, should never be this way. I will go a different location next time!!!

This place is a sorry excuse of a restaurant. We eat here regularly and the experience sucks every single time. Staff is extremely rude, they rarely have all of the ingredients to fulfill your order and they constantly leave items out of your order. Went here last night to pick up my order in the drive thru that was supposed to be ready at 530. Sat in the drive thru until 550 while there was a car at the window whose order obviously wasn’t ready. They didn’t tell them to pull around they just let them sit there for 20 minutes holding up the line. I got out of line and went in to get the order where I stood with 3 other people doing the same thing while the employees just looked at us and didn’t bother helping us. Not only the worst chipotle but the worst restaurant Ive been to in general. I’ll be going to hot head across the street from now on

If you want to order in advance, do not go to this location. If you order online, they will blatantly rob you blind. I ordered a quesadilla with 3 items, none of the items were on it. It was just luke warm chicken and cheese with a side of beans. I ordered a bowl with sour cream and extra cheese, it had neither. I ordered a large chips and queso and got a regular size. When I tried to contact their customer service their offer was a free drink. Really?! A free drink? I don't order drinks so free nothing as reimbursement for a completely wrong $30 order. Pass. I finally got them to give me a free entree, but honestly that is still not acceptable. And so I decided to write a review. Go inside, or don't bother.
