This place is a joke. Straight faced looked at me and said they couldn’t make my son a large quesadilla but they had done so two days prior. They claimed it’s because the “big boss is here”. This is absolute trash. My son has waited for 15 minutes now for a chicken quesadilla while my food has sat and got cold. Spoke to the “big boss” he didn’t care. This place is a JOKE.

They gave us plenty of food at this one, which is not usual for Chipotle. The food was delicious and fresh and I loved reading the simple ingredients on the side of the bag! I love that they are all clean ingredients!
Always out of everything. Better off going to bubbakoos or the chipole in bridgwater falls or oxford. They never run out as often as hamilton.

Staff took the time to make more hard she'll tacos for my husband. Other locations just say too bad, we're out. This location was very clean.
