Food is always good, great portions, expensive now a days, 3 tacos $10.10. But have been so busy at lunch bc I got their at 3 and pots and pans stack up high, 2 employees, younger Hispanic guy doing all the work, while an older Caucasian women stood there on her cell phone at the prep table instead of coming over to help him. So I didn't eat in, ate in the car. Was nice to see a Chipotle on the Northside of Hamilton. I've seen the same old fast food restaurants for 30 yrs.

I've had a lot of good meals while dining in, but their online orders have a lot to be desired. They give you much less food and they've gotten my order wrong several times. They always forget something. The last time I ordered online, they gave me two of the same item instead of the two different items I ordered.

I always get food here, but today the food was EXTREMELY good. They even made the rice delicious and I’m not the biggest fan of rice. The employees working here as well never disappoint and during late hours make jokes with each other and guests. The restaurant is always clean and I can always tell they do a deep clean with the bathrooms when I come in late. This location is the BEST chipotle location in my opinion. I wish I could point out all the staff that makes this location so amazing but ALL of the staff here make it worth while. Also lemmie say this again who ever made the stake today BLESS YOU!!! Thank you to all the staff!!

This location is by far the BEST LOCATION IN HAMILTON. The person who served us Abby got our order out quick and was SO HELPFUL. I had a few modifications and she was quick and so kind. This girl needs a raise she was getting people out left and right and helping the dining room. The food is BEAUTIFUL and SO delicious and hot even after a drive home. Thank you so much for the beautiful food. Will go to this location every time.
This was a really bad experience I ordered my food online me and my family and I ordered a bowl and found bone like pieces in my food I spent $12 got chicken and Barbacoa and most of it consisted of hard pieces. I almost chocked on my food.
