Everything is usually excellent from here but today my sandwhich was not hot at all to the point of the cheese not even being melted and the coffee didnt taste like it had any flavoring in it at all. There was no one behind me in line so I dont understand why every thing was rushed.

Stopped by Coffee Cup Over at 6544 Winford Ave in Hamilton for the first time after shopping at the Home Depot across the street. I ordered a large Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was pretty damn good! Honestly, it was perfect, smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. Also worth mentioning, the bathroom was fully stocked and very clean, which is always a plus. Great first visit overall. I’ll definitely be back! (There is also a drive-thru!!)

came here with my friend for the first time, coffee was really good but the atmosphere was not. the barista who took our order was very rude and short and it seemed as though we were bothering her by being there. we also sat at a table in the corner by the back room because there were no other open seats and the door to the employee room was left open and their music was loudly playing the back and was very distracting. overall would not come back

I went through the drive-thru, and felt like I was bothering the cashier. We ordered coffee we would order anywhere else. The lattes tasted like milk with no coffee flavor at all. Very disappointed and feel like I just wasted my money.

It was really nice in there. I grabbed a seat by the window with a little bush outside, which actually helped me focus on my business work while still enjoying the atmosphere of the shop. At home I get distracted so easily, but working there felt calm and smooth—I was able to really stay on task.

Very biased because I grew up going here after high school. Really welcoming and warm environment to get work done or read. Coffee has a good flavor and there are cool spring refreshers. I always get the grilled cheese and it’s good. Recommend going here with friends!
