i ever had and is super nice

First time in a long time since we have been to cold stone. The woman who helped us kinda rushed us and then didn't mix the toppings in the ice cream like they have before which makes cold stone really good. Unfortunate thats thos place has gone down hill from what it used to be. Its expensive so usually its a treat when we go. Is it really that jard to do ur job.

Horrible location…quality of ice cream poor. Ice cream was partially frozen. I would recommend Newport on Levee location.

Entered store lady on her personal phone for 20-30 seconds. Ordered a peanut butter cup perfection large and Oreo overload large she made them both in 15 seconds flat combined. 1 peanut butter cup not even slightly mixed in with some peanut butter think Ben and Jerry core but trash asked the lady in the store why mine looked so skimpy and not like the picture at all she just said it doesn’t get any of that then I told her I didn’t want mine Oreo overload much of the same 1 Oreo all the mix ins just in a ball in the middle of some ice cream.

What is cooler outside than inside bad for an ice cream place overpriced not very clean do you believe we got sick there picked up something they don't clean the Scoops between when they serve people so watch out you may have reactions to things you're not supposed to have won't ever be going there again UDF much better would have given zero stars or a negative star if I could have

1st time ever there and they were very friendly very patient and our order came out correct, and very delicious

I mean, this is probably the worst ice cream experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think I can overstate how bad this was. I got French vanilla with Oreo mixed in and it looked like someone scooped vanilla ice cream and then cracked some Oreo on it with a pepper grinder. Not a single chunk of Oreo in the whole scoop, just tiny little flakes of it that were not noticeable in texture or flavor. This is the equivalent of going to McDonald’s to get a burger and receiving a top and bottom bun with no meat. It’s TWO things. Ice cream, and Oreos. How on earth do you mess that up??

Just watched the man use his bare hands to scoop toppings out and directly into someone's ice-cream (online order) .. more than once .. so you know it's a regular occurrence 🤢

Love the ice cream and they mix and create it is cool as you watch.

The lady was very rude. She made my order wrong, and when I asked her if she could remake it, she caught an attitude with me even though she was the one who heard me wrong.
