I mean, this is probably the worst ice cream experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think I can overstate how bad this was. I got French vanilla with Oreo mixed in and it looked like someone scooped vanilla ice cream and then cracked some Oreo on it with a pepper grinder. Not a single chunk of Oreo in the whole scoop, just tiny little flakes of it that were not noticeable in texture or flavor. This is the equivalent of going to McDonald’s to get a burger and receiving a top and bottom bun with no meat. It’s TWO things. Ice cream, and Oreos. How on earth do you mess that up??

The lady was very rude. She made my order wrong, and when I asked her if she could remake it, she caught an attitude with me even though she was the one who heard me wrong.

The OREO overload was very good it’s also recommended by me myself.OREO makes everything better and also lucky charm taste like actual cereal don’t recommed.

It's what all Coldstone Creamery's are, delicious! There isn't really anything different about this one compared to others. They have a formula that works! It's clean, everything is displayed beautifully, and the ice-cream is fantastic.

Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is level, so there's no problem getting a wheelchair in. If there are a lot of people, it gets tricky, though.

I wasn't asked if I wanted my two scoops mixed together. I didn't. I do not like that this location scans my payment into a personal cell phone. They should have a unit that scans my payment for Hershey apart from the owner's personal device. Also, the chairs near the rear of the room are absolutely covered in a layer of scum and need seriously cleaned. They looked like they have been wiped off, but never washed. I don't see myself going back regardless of how good their ice cream is.

Parking: Parking is free, but it may take awhile to find a space. If you don't mind walking, there is no charge to park.
