The food at the Main St location is usually really good but yesterday afternoon was just kind of lack luster I guess. The pizza was so thin you almost didn't have room to put toppings on it and the hoagies were kind of thrown together and just not how well put together as usual. Over all not one of the better experiences I've come to expect from Domino's.

I order from here semi often and the food is always so so yummy. My only complaint is they never put the garlic on the crust lol. BUT specifically last night 5/24/25 I ordered a little later then I planned and arrived at the store 4 mins before close to pick up. Anthony greeted me very warmly and was so friendly! He even gave me plates and napkins and a good handful of peppers and cheese packets. Such a sweetheart and an amazing asset to the company! Keep up the amazing attitude Anthony!

We moved from the Symms location over to the Main location, I'll gladly drive across town then order from Main. And by the time I get home the food will still be fresher than Mains delivery time. Ordered 5 times in 2 months and every time messed up the orders and the food was terrible. Called spoke with manager and now I can tell why.

One of the pizzas was dropped on delivery and all the pieces were to one side of the box and the other Pizza had hair on it... Worst experience from Domino's ever... Won't be back... After tipping $11.

This location is always amazing. Food is always great, orders are always right ,everybody's friendly . Tonight they really went above and beyond. I thought they closed at 1am ( they closed at 12 ) and so I didn't arrive until 1220😱 they were still there, my food was still hot and they were very understanding. to the really pretty lady with the long hair, THANK YOU!

Im not tipping until you remove the delivery fee, Covid is over and I’m not paying you a fee for somthing you’ve been doing for years with out a fee. You’re just collecting free money since it doesn’t go to the driver. If every one follows in suite they will be forced to remove the rediculous delivery fee!! Stop giving them free money! This started cause of Covid well Covid is over so remove the fee!

Dominos in Hamilton is a joke. Ordered food almost 2 hours ago. The driver (named Caleb) is joke. He called and said he was knocking on my door over and over again and no one came to the door so he left. I have 4 people in this house who never heard anyone knocking, so he lied. He then proceeds to tell me that he will not have my order remade and that I’m not getting my order. What a joke!
