I always have a good experience with this Donatos, it's been my favorite pizza place for years!

called back when my pizza was late. was told the delivery driver had to leave and the girl said she was the only one there. surely you guys can at least hire a back up delivery person

Love me some donatos! When ever I get back to Ohio I have to find a donatos ! Pizza is so good with pepperoni and thin crust! Service was awesome and pizza served hot and fresh
I hate giving a bad review but it's the 4th time my food was wrong. I ordered a big don Italian add pepperoni no tomatoes add onion black olive no lettuce paid for extra house italian dressing. My husband ordered a big steak pizza sub added pepperoni green pepper no banana pepper add Jalapeños and bacon. My sandwich came with my husband's toppings this is the 4th time they have messed our order up.

The new manager was very rude did not take our order right she was very judgmental thinking it was our fault that our order came out wrong she should not be working with the public very rude in her expression on her face isn't very nice doesn't smile doesn't say thank you very very very rude

Typically I would give Donato's a higher rating, but tonight there was a stray mushroom on my girlfriend's pizza. It seems that this location has a history of incorrect or problems with pizza toppings, and I would hope that the quality inspection of the pizzas improve so this doesn't happen again.
