I hate giving a bad review but it's the 4th time my food was wrong. I ordered a big don Italian add pepperoni no tomatoes add onion black olive no lettuce paid for extra house italian dressing. My husband ordered a big steak pizza sub added pepperoni green pepper no banana pepper add Jalapeños and bacon. My sandwich came with my husband's toppings this is the 4th time they have messed our order up.

The new manager was very rude did not take our order right she was very judgmental thinking it was our fault that our order came out wrong she should not be working with the public very rude in her expression on her face isn't very nice doesn't smile doesn't say thank you very very very rude
Typically I would give Donato's a higher rating, but tonight there was a stray mushroom on my girlfriend's pizza. It seems that this location has a history of incorrect or problems with pizza toppings, and I would hope that the quality inspection of the pizzas improve so this doesn't happen again.

I ordered a mariachi chicken pizza with extra chicken,sauce,and sour cream,well that didn’t happen, it was threatened with chicken no extra sauce but hey I have sour cream and the pizza doesn’t taste good not like the store in Beckett ridge. If you order and pay for extra you should get it. I’d hate to see what a pizza, by their standards, is supposed to look like with extra chicken? Oh! Wait! that was our pizza. I’m mad because they also shame you into a tip. Another thing the hoagie I bought with extra meatballs and sauce, looks like those meatballs had been dried up in a pan for days and the extra sauce looks like it was just squeezed out on top of the meatballs. The owner of this store should try and checking in once in a while before he has to shut down the store.

I’ve been on the phone on hold for 15 minutes now, and delivery well over 20 minutes late. No update whatsoever. I’ve worked pizza before, it gets busy however not 20+ minutes busy to where no one can answer a phone. Also google says it’s busy but not crazy busy. Whenever someone decides to answer I want a refund. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever gotten. Extremely disappointed.
