Ordered online (about 30$). Upon pickup they were out of some items I ordered, they came to the window with a receipt that was not mine. I am not sure if I was charged correctly. I asked for the correct receipt & was treated very rudely. Said they did not know how to give me the correct receipt & that I had the receipt from ordering online. They admittedly did not have the donuts I ordered or even enough donuts to equal the quantity of my order. I only wanted a receipt showing what my correct charges were, and they said no. I will not order online from Dunkin' Donuts anymore.And one more thing; the wait in line, wait to order once you get to the speaker & the wait once you get to the window is about 15 minutes. FIFTEEN MINUTES!!!!!! That is a lonnnnng time to wait on food that is an indulgence, especially when you pre-ordered to avoid the wait.

I’ve visited this location for several years and in the last year it has improved so much! I actually took a different rout to work at one point to visit another location because it was so bad, they never had what I wanted and the service was terrible. I see lots of new faces now and they’re all friendly and they always have what I want and my coffee is always perfect.

LONG STORY SHORT THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! First time going to dunkin used the app for ease of ordering. They did not have the egg bites I ordered and manager refused to refund the money for the item. She stated I had to do the refund on the app. I asked how and she said she had no idea how to do it I asked for a corporate number to call and ask and was told they do not have a corporate number. I tried the get help option in the app and it offered me dunkin points. I do not plan to return my 2 cappuccinos were only 75% full and tasted horrible. I just wanted the money back for the item I did not receive the app says I will get an email in 3-5 business days. They took my money within 1 minute but refuse to give a refund for an item they did not provide. Called the corporate number that I found on google. They claimed they will refund the item but it will take up to 14 business days. I will update if I ever receive the refund.

I ordered $20 of food. The food was good as always, but they messed up the order. Instead of getting 2 everything bagels, I got 2 everything bites.I went back the next day and again, the order was wrong. They didn't want the line to get backed up so I was asked by the manager to pull to the front door. No apology until the cook came out to give me my food.It's concerning that the store isn't that busy and yet there's no quality control. In addition, store management should be more compassionate when the order was wrong.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin in the morning on my way to work for a solid year (if not longer). My drink is always quick and correct and the employees are extremely nice. They are the first smiles I see every morning. I place my mobile order every morning and it’s ready the second I pull up to the window. This Dunkin is my first choice whenever I want coffee!

They are so rude I’m sick so I was telling my husband what to get over the phone and they literally screwed up my order and made him go back around to reorder to fix it and that’s unprofessional unless your packed and in this case they were not packed at all because he went around and drove straight back to the screen to order with no wait so they could have just helped him and he’s not from America so he doesn’t understand certain words or passive aggressiveness and they were being rude and he ain’t even know but if he was someone else or if I would have been in the car it wouldn’t have went like that….if you work a morning job there are ways to talk to people and the way they talked to MY man was NOT okay at all I will never go back- Spent 30$ on food just to throw it awayKid-friendliness: Nope not at all -if they don’t respect people all together then they most definitely don’t like kids

Very rude! Ordered 25 munchkins and only got 15, they took so long to take my order! My coffee barely taste like coffee it’s all creme and caramel! Never going to that place again!
