I get an iced caramel macchiato at this location at least three times a week and the staff is very friendly. They know who I am and my order. I even get a bag of donuts handed to me occasionally just because. Highly recommend them 😊

There are two Dunkins equal distances from my house, but man talk about the differences between the two. Anybody that's been to the one on Princeton versus this one knows there's a big difference.
But, I went to this one this morning. I'm only going to talk about one thing, which is the thing that turned me off to never going to this location ever again.
When I went to pay I handed the guy cash. With my change in his right hand. He took his left hand And grabbed them turned the tip jar around and slid it over so I could see it and then he paused And then looked at me before extending his hand with my change. Nah baby nah.... Since he decided to do this, I decided not to leave a tip. For the rest of the interaction, he refused to talk to me.
Yeah, just don't go to this location, go to the one at the corner of Princeton and 747. Everyone there is always nice and the drinks are always correct.....

They're are so slow no matter the time of day. They can NEVER make a single drink right. I used to go here all the time thinking it might be a fluke but no ive wasted so much money on drinks ive just had to throw away bc they were disgusting.
Has to be the worst dunkin I've ever been to , donuts were nasty tasted a couple days old and staff is about as rude as you can get , will drive the extra distance to Princeton location from now on

I'm going threw a dunkin kick im usually really pleased with my orders and friendliness but Monday I went threw and my order was just yuck so I called to get a credit asked for my name to be written down went back today to get my credit and they was just very rude about it and didn't listen to what I was saying I was just disappointed because I don't usually experience that
