Place is garbage and nasty inside. Employees are gross and rude. Nobody would answer drive thru they was all outside smoking and laughing at the line building up and cars driving away. Ordered delivery and half order was missing, cold, and stopped together. After 4 straight awful visits I won't be back. They need better Employees or close this location it's disgusting

They need to be more on the role with orders. I'm a dasher and went to get my order and their response was " we don't got that order that your gonna have to cancel it". Like come on now y'all need to get on the ball.

Had not been to this Frisch's since about 1987. Used to go there almost weekly back in the 60s - lots of nostalgia ( but totally remodeled with no resemblance to the old Frisch's)

Cold food. The waitress actually set our tray of food on the table next to us and walked away for several minutes with no explanation. She was nice but at the same time a bit gruff. I wouldn't go back. The quarter pound hamburger was nowhere near a quarter pound. It was thin. I'm sure it was tasty had it been served hot or even warm but it was cold just like the fries and onion rings. The only good thing I can say is the price was fair... $10 for a burger and fries and a 2nd side. The lettuce and broccoli were fresh. My friend asked for her burger toppings separately. When she took off the top of her bun, there wasn't even a patty on it! lol The waitress took so long coming back I actually had to go stick my head in the kitchen and ask for the meat! The food was edible and we were hungry after a long road trip. I used to go to Big Boys as a kid so this was slightly disappointing.

Night with my family and the bar food has not been stirred looks like in about 3 hours I took pictures of this I've been in this community for 50 years I've never seen anything like it please management help us our community does not deserve this .......

My partner and her family love this place, but I can't see why. Every time I have been the service has been bad and the food mediocre. But I guess if you like tarter sauce on a bun then this is your place, because the rest of the ingredients on the burger are sad.Vegetarian options: The salad bar lacked contents. The lettuce was wilted and the other ingredients needed to be refreshed.Parking: AdequateWheelchair accessibility: Yes. Easy in and easy to move about.

Food burnt and cold, again. On top of it the line took forever which I can forgive because i understand staffing issues. I am just going to quit giving this chain my money before I get a food born illness eating there. I've already pushed my luck the last 2xs at 2 different locations.... no idea what happened to this place but it's tragic. I used to want a super big boy once a week.... now I don't care if I ever have one again

This place should be shut down. They are going to make someone seriously sick. Had the breakfast bar eggs were runny and grainy like they were spoiled. Buscuts were hard as hockey pucks. Everything was cold. My husband ordered breakfast off the menu and it wasnt much better. Beware

I ordered 3 whole pies from the Frischs on Dixie Hwy. in Hamilton, OH for a Christmas party at my workplace. I went to pick them up a few minutes after the time they told me they would be ready. After about 5 minutes I got apparently the only server in the place to stop so I could get my pies. She never came back even though I waited about 20 minutes. Never saw a manager during the entire time. I finally found the waitress and told her to cancel my order since now I was really late for work. The thing that really upset me is that they never refunded the $27 that I paid for the pies I never received.

I never want to eat frischs again. Got the Nathan's cheesesteak. Omg it was bad. Dry, tasteless, maybe 1 tsp of cheese on it. How do you mess up a cheesesteak?? I ate less than half of it. It was so bad my husband took a bite and said nope. Very disappointed and won't be back.

We went for the morning buffet. It seriously lacked variety and freshness, and was seriously overpriced. Then, it seemed no one was working the register except the woman who seated us, acted as our waitress and, finally, took my payment. NOT A FAN...

Well key is by far one of the best customer service representatives in the drive thru there can be! She is so sweet and such a people person! He just makes me want to come back to that frischs every time my family eats there! Jamy is a great manager also! Go hamilton ohio frischs!!! Xoxo
