We sat at a table, not by the grill as it is a little quieter at a table. I believe they changed the broth soup as I thought it had mushrooms in it previously and was not as flavorful. We each had the filet mignon and lobster with fried rice which was excellent! The filet was cooked at medium rare as ordered.

We've been going to Fuji house for many years now, with largely positive experiences. The food is tasty and the experience is always fun. However, we have now had 2 back to back negative experiences. Both times we had a reservation and arrived 5-10 minutes early. Despite this, we had to wait another 45 minutes the first time, and left 20 minutes after the second occasion after the host told us it would only be 5-10 minutes. What's the point in taking reservations if you don't honor them? Additionally, it doesn't help that the hosts and the servers are not overly friendly.

If you go earlier in the day it's a good time! If you go at night though their is always something going on. Like for instance last time I ordered ahead and they gave my food to someone else so I had to wait 20 minutes for it and they didn't offer nothing in return and the time before my friends shrimp wasn't cleaned enough and it still had the digestive vein in it
Ordered takeout via doordash and every bit of the food came looking like slop. My boyfriend ordered sashimi and it was just a to go box with white rice and raw fish thrown in. The raw fish also smelled and tasted old and rotten. We got a hibachi meal and the meat was overcooked. The only good part of the meal was the fried rice and salad. Maybe it's an okay place to eat in person, but don't bother ordering from here.

Just got my order and there is 4 long pieces of black hair in my food. My door dasher was bald and the packaging was the same as it was when he picked up my order. If you eat here thoroughly inspect your food before you eat.
