We waited for 20 minutes and no one came to serve us, so we left and went to the skyline by Walmart and they had our food out to us in 5 minutes! Never will be coming back! Horrible service, horrible atmosphere, horrible experience, even the parking lot had potholes in it that you have to dodge to even get in!

Our boss's ordered us a few coney crates everything on the side for lunch today about an hour after wr was all on the toilet and being sent home we contacted them and all the manger had to say was sorry ! No make up no small credit no reassurance for the next visit

Chili and hot dog not as good as the old location. 10/2/25 Was asked to reach out and add details about my experience, the page I was directed to couldn't be opened. So I will leave it here. I was really looking forward to going to the new location but was disappointed in the food, it was served warm at best hardly any chilli on the 5 way and chilli dog. Took quite awhile for the food to be served and staff spent more time talking to each other than taking care of the customers. I went with 5 of my friends and three of them were not impressed and said they wouldn't go back. In all fairness I did go back again and ordered the cheese burger and it was pretty good.

We picked up lunch through the drive thru today and the young man at the window was so polite and nice. And the burger and coneys were excellent! We love the new location too!! Much better!

Do not go,bad service. If tell them clearly on your order.I was stuck paying for a bad order.They refused to take the food back cause of there screw up.I was right there at drive thru.They need to hire people that pay attention and NOT play on phone.

First visit to their new location. Very nicely done. Plenty of staff and received good service. Part of order was incorrect, but staff quickly and gladly made the changes. Will be back soon.
DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A TREE NUT ALLERGY!! The food was really good but as I was eating it I started to have a pretty severe allergic reaction. I got the 3 way and thought I was safe since the ingredients say no nuts but I have a feeling that there was cross contamination with the pecans for their salads. One emergency room visit later and thankfully I’m okay but unfortunately I can’t eat here anymore even though it’s yummy
