Bad food bad service made to wait for drinks till food arrived no refills on soda

Was really wanting to love the new Gold star .. originally waited awhile for anyone to come and take our order, after our order was taken I watched our waitress go and do dishes.. then saw our food just sitting there.. we still hadn't even gotten our drinks yet..another waitress asked us if she ever got our drink order and food order.. I told her yes but she never returned with our drinks.. our food and drinks were brought to us at the same time.. our original waitress apologize and said she got caught up doing something else. Where we sat i could see her doing dishes and talking to the dishwasher... my husband was never offered a refill.. im just hoping she washed her hands after i watched her touch dirty dishes prior to her bringing our drinks and food ... I'm doubtful she washed her hands between the two task.. we will not be back

Cami was super sweet. I didn't even know it was kids eat free Tuesdays which was a pleasant surprise. The Cajun chili fries are amazing. Maybe they were chipotle. But regardless you have to try them lol.

21 minutes at drive thru my first visit. Today was my second visit...we are now at 23 minutes to get your order. I have my food but now I don't have time to eat during my lunch break. I would not recommend Gold Star unless you have atleast an hour for lunch or you won't get to eat.

This new Goldstar out does the old one by a million times. It even outdoes the one on Dixie Highway. I've been going to this one in town since it's grand opening and I LOVE it. The managers and drive thru workers are the kindest and quickest people I've ever seen in service. The food they gave me, which was a VERY big order, got out quickly and was PERFECT. Nothing was soggy or too dry, this Gold Star Emits 5 star service. 🌟 This will be my regular Gold star.

I've been to this Gold Star location twice in the last couple weeks & I just want a Strawberry Shortcake Milkshake & the first time the shake machine was down, yesterday the drive thru attendant told me that the ice cream wasnt staying frozen. I've given up on trying to buy their delicious milkshakes from this location to say the least.......
This place is far superior than the compilation down the street. Very clean fast and polite service

Hot dogs are always shriveled and soggy. Spaghetti is always very watery. Flavor's fine but it's kind of ruined by everything else.

Terrible Service!! The people working there is ridiculous! There was one car ahead of me I get to the speaker and they tell me one minute okay so I wait 5 minutes and 3 more cars behind me got tired of waiting and they drove off. I finally decide to drive off and nobody is even at the window in the drive thru. This ain’t the first time I’ve had a complaint about this location I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere
